High quality house. At the time - 06/2007, located on a small 2000 m² residential estate. The 140 m² terrace offers an electrical heated pool and a spa. There are 4 deck chairs, a large table with 6 chairs & a gas BBQ. The 210 m² villa offers 3 carpeted bedrooms (king size, queen size and twin beds), each one with phone and TV (flat screen). Inside the house are 2, 5 king bathrooms (bathtub and shower) with 1 bathtub & 1 shower, which can also be used as a pool-bath from the outside. The kitchen has a granite counter, electrical stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice crusher, toaster, & a coffee maker (all made of stainless steel). The office: fax, telephone, DSL and 1 WLAN connections. The spacious living room with an exquisite and luxury style, offers comfortable leather furnishings, flat-TV, DVD, stereo (CD+cassette player). 1x 6 & 1x 4 dining areas, laundry with washing machine and dryer, garage for 3 cars & 2 bicycles.

Im April verweilten mein Mann und ich in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wie schon im Internetauftritt beschrieben lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben ein top gepflegtes und sauberes Haus vorgefunden in dem wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt haben. Große Erholung bot uns der sehr schöne große Pool inkl. Wirlpool. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und luxeriös eingerichtet. Es waren sogar ausreichend Strandlaken, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Dies machte den Strandbesuch der in unmittelbarer Nähe war zum wirklichen Erlebnis. Wir wurden vor Ort super empfangen, eine ausführliche Einweisung erfolgte mit uns. Zu unserem Erstaunen sogar in deutsch. Nach unserer Buchung erhielten wir ausführliche Unterlagen die uns eine optimale Vorbereitung auf den Urlaub ermöglichte. Als Gastronomische Einrichtung wäre hervorzuheben das Sanibel Steakhouse. Einfach super!!!
Gern erinnern wir uns an die schönen Tage und können dieses Objekt mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sauberes Haus, gute Lage

Ende Juli bis Anfang August konnten wir in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichtenen Haus wunderbar entspannen. Nach dem morgendlichen Frühstück auf der Terasse fanden wir Abkühlung im Pool. In einem ruhigen Wohnumfeld gelegen, ist diese Ville der ideale Ausgangspunkt nach Sanibel Island, Fort Myers und nicht zu vergessen die Outlett-Center in der näheren Umgebung.
Eine umfangreiche Informationsmappe informierte über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und "was man über das Leben in den USA wissen sollte".
Die Ausstattung war absolut zweckmäßig, insbesondere in der Küche. Ob Badelaken für den Strand, Sonnenschirme und Liegen, alles war vorhanden, nicht zu vergessen die beiden Fahrräder. Uns fehlte allerdings ein Vorhang im Eingangsbereich als Sichtschutz in den Wohnraum. Dennoch ist diese Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Waren über Weihnachten in dem Haus.
Liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral.
Zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit ( Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach).
Das Haus entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung des Besitzers.
Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Waren mit 2 Kindern dort-Ausflüge sind sehr schön machbar- Auto ist dringend erforderlich.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet,auch der Küchenbereich. Die Abwicklung der Buchung erfolgte korrekt. Die Betreung vor Ort war sehr gut.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein 4 jähriges Kind und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auto ist ein Muß.

Ein tolles Haus...

ja, das kann man zusammenfassend wirklich sagen.

Wir (Mann, Frau, zwei Jungs 13 und 8 Jahre alt) waren im April 2008 für 11 Tage in diesem Objekt zu Gast. Sehr geräumig, das Haus hätte auch gut mit 6 Personen genutzt werden können. Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung. Alles tip-top in Ordnung und sauber. Toller Pool. Realistische Beschreibung im Online-Inserat.

Die Lage des Hauses im Verhältnis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangeboten (Strände etc) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen seperaten Einfamilienhaussiedlung in der Nähe einer wenig befahrenen Strasse; es ist nicht vollständig ruhig, sondern man hört gelegentlichen Autoverkehr, was wir aber nicht als sehr störend empfanden.

Die Vermieter überlassen nach Abschluss des Vertrages eine sehr ausführliche und korrekte Objektbeschreibung, die eine gute Vorbereitung darstellt.

Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die Regelungen zur Schlüsselübernahme und -abgabe. Für beides mussten wir die Initiative nehmen; es gab erst nach unseren mehrfachen Anrufen eine Info, wo wir die Schlüssel erhalten. Zur Schlüsselabgabe gab es ebenfalls keine Information.

Restauranttip: Lighthouse Restaurant 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt Richtung Sanibel Island (kurz vor der Brücke), super Lage mit Blick auf Yachthafen und Sonnenuntergang von "gescreenter" Porch, leckeres, preisgünstiges Essen.

Wir können das Objekt mit den erwähnten kleinen Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
