Single room apartment (35 m², for 2 people) with stunning sea view and pool in the complex, kitchenette, bathroom and large balcony. The holiday apartment is located on the edge of the district on the slope of the city Cala Major near the coastal street to the south and can be rented year-round. The beach of Cala Major, a lot of small restaurants, boutiques, taxi and bus located nearby. Parking spots available. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The lovely furnished, modern holiday apartment is located in a high-rise with an elevator, in a somewhat higher side street, with a sea view. The apartment is equipped with a complete kitchenette, living-bedroom with SAT-TV, radio, CD player and cosy sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a telephone, heat and air conditioning.

From Cala Major you can go on charming excursions, like to the west coast to Valldemossa/Deia/Soller, in the south to Puerto de Andratx, to the Tramuntana mountains for hiking and also to the north - can be reached quickly with the good highway connections.
