The holiday house „Bellevue“ is living up to its name. The panoramic view from the terrace is more than fantastic. The cosy lounge on the terrace is made for taking a rest. Once entered the house through the terrace you find yourself in the spacious, well lighted living room with a kitchenette and a dining area. Shower and toilet are separated. The 2 bedrooms (3 beds each) you can reach over spiral stairs. The living includes a cosy couch and a sleeping couch for 2 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove incl. oven, fridge with deep freeze, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Television incl. satellite TV plus radio is available. All floors are planked with parquet-floor and therefore very appropriate for allergic persons. We will supply special bed linen for allergic persons on request.

The Appartment-house is situated in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps, the Kitzbühler Alpen, the Loferer Steinberge and the Wilden Kaiser in the skiing-area of Pillerseetal. The cross-country track 'weissach' leaves in front of the house into the romantic nature of Fieberbrunn. Skiing, snowboarding and freeriding - we got the best conditions!! You can go as high as 2000m. We got 5 cross-county tracks for beginners and professionals. In the summer we got all different ways to explore the mountains, from easy-hicking to climbing, for everyone we got the perfect track.

specialities in holiday home Joel: In the summer as in the winter our guests feel realy relaxed, in the summer they enjoy our great terrace or lie in the sun or make a BBQ at our Partyhouse. The chlidren can sleep in the hey. If you wanna go cycling, the bikes are free of charge - we got all kind of routes for beginners to profesionals, or even mountain-bikers. If requested you can reserve the sauna only for you and your family, as well as we got a very good massuese coming to our house, she got a kind of treatments f.eg. a part-massage (40 min) for €28,00. All our appartments got as well wireless-lan.

skiing in the Pillerseetal: One Ski- Pass for 6 villages and Fieberbrunn, St. Jakob, St. Ulrich Waidring, Hochfilzen and St. Johannn. One Skibus connects the villages frequently.

Montainbiking and cycling in our Alps: 26 marked mountainbike tracks between 700 and 2100m above see-level. 3 cycling-tracks trough the wonderful Kitzbühler-Alpen /between 30 and 70km). Every weeks we got guided mountain-bike tours. Packages for example: €274 p.P: 7 Nights, incl. breakfast in one of our apartments. 7 times dinner, you got 3 restaurants of your choice. Bike-garage, possibility to clean and maintain your bike.

Other Activities: Nordic-walking, cross-coutry skiing, rafting, climbing, swimming

Alles, was im Onlineinserat steht, stimmt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war auf unseren Besuch sehr gut vorbereitet, die Betreuung war, wie immer, spitze! Wir kommen immer wieder gern vorbei. Auch für Kinder ist diese Ferienwohnung super. Sie haben ein kleines, aber eigenes Zimmer. Die Vermieterin ist auf Kinder bestens vorbereitet (Spielzeug ist ausreichend vorhanden). Auch für die Erwachsenen stehen Rodel, Wanderstöcke und Fahrräder bereit und das umsonst! Auch die Nutzung der Sauna ist gratis. Die Sauna und der Erholungsbereich sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Dort kann man super die Seele baumeln lassen und den Blick auf die Berge genießen. Die Vermieterin kennt viele Wanderwege und kann sehr gut beraten, welche Wandertouren für welchen Gast geeignet sind. Was uns immer wieder gefällt, sind ihre geführten Wanderungen. Da lernt man nicht nur die Natur kennen sondern auch ein großes Stück österreichische Gastfreundsschaft! Wir kommen gern wieder!
