The house is located in a protected green nature area of Colars/Sintra/Cascais, a relaxation area, 35 km from Lisbon. Multiple restaurants and cafes, fish and vegetable market, pharmacy nearby. The climate is very mild during both the winter and the summer. On the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed), 1 bathroom (bathtub, bidet and WC), balcony with loungers available. On the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Living room with fireplace, dining room, a complete kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave. Bedsheets and towels are available, cleaning service once a week with towel and bedsheets change. Garden with large typical round table (covered) near the BBQ.
