Il Borghetto lies in a small locality of lovingly restored houses in the midst of fields and olive trees. Beside the owner's apartment, two apartments with separate entrance have been developed here: On the 1st and 2nd floor is the apartment 'Girasole' (approx. 100 square meters: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom). In addition, a guest-room (with own bathroom) is possible here. You have access to your own terrace and to the garden. In the ground floor below Girasole is the apartment Aurora, a large living-dining room with separate bedroom and shower-bath. The apartments in the Il Borghetto are furnished with partly valuable antiques; the well-tended garden invites to laze about, the small water lily pond invites tranquil peace. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture. Pets, provided they are not monsters, are always welcome after consultation. Self-catering in well equipped kitchen.

The apartment lies in the ground floor with direct access to terrace and garden. It includes a bathroom, a bedroom and a luxurious living-dining-room with well equipped kitchen. In addition, a child can sleep on a couch (1 x 2 m) in the living room. Children till the age of 10 pay nothing of course. Starting from the age of 10, they pay 10 € per night. A washing machine can be used for a longer stay.

You find a good infrastructure in the Orciano di Pesaro located at a distance of 800 meter: Super markets, Hairdressers, Restaurants, Hotels, Banks, Bars, Chemists and Doctors as well as Sports facilities with swimming pool. Historic treasures are to be visited in the medieval city. You reach not only the famous Urbino, but also Gubbio, Assisi, Loreto as well as the beaches of Sirolo and Numana in the nearer and not so far away surroundings. The Rossini festival in Pesaro as well as the open-air opera in Macerata invites in summer. Each place celebrates its folkloric festivals with brilliant fireworks and attractions typical to the land. It is only 18 km to the beaches of Marotta, Torrette and Senigallia (velvet beach); you are in the wooded mountains of the Appennin in half an hour.

Arrival: Car: Via Bologna highway - Taranto (A 14) you drive 172 km from Bologna to Fano and follow the Superstrada SS3 (Flaminia) in the direction of Rome, exit calcinelli. At the crossroad turn left: At the city limits of Villanova (approx. 2 km) right in the direction of Orciano. The road follows approx. 8 km to Orciano. At the crossroad on the left through the Fornace district. At the next crossroad straight ahead in the village Orciano. Drive straight ahead in the direction of Centro Storico. At the entry to Piazza Garibaldi, where you see the city tower, turn sharp to the left 800 m towards the valley. Turn right at the 2nd Marian column and right again after 100 m. alternatively you can also drive till Marotta, take the SS 424 to San Filippo sul Cesano approx. 15 km and turn right towards Orciano. To the left in Orciano. Building firm Secchiaroli, a small church before you. To the right, drive down past the cemetery, take the next left, then right and further up to the Madonnina.

Arrival by train or plane: Flights: Rimini or Ancona-Falconara airports. Please speak with your flight provider for a rental car. Train: The next railway stations are Marotta-Mondolfo or Fano. A rental car is strongly recommended.

Wohnung mit Flair in einer fantastischen Umgebung

Das Online-Inserat hat uns nach Orciano di Pesaro gelockt. Die Abgaben über das Feriendomizil waren korrekt und entsprachen der Realität. Wir haben den Urlaub in Il Borghetto sehr genossen. Die freundliche Aufnahme durch unsere Gastgeber, ihre Hilfsbereitschaft, die bezaubernde Lage in einer (bis jetzt) vom Tourismus verschonten Gegend, haben uns vollkommen befriedigt. Die Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung haben uns das Land mit seiner reichen Kultur nähergebracht. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung Aurora für Paare (auch zu dritt), die individuelle Ferien mögen. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit grossem Kühlschrank und genügender Arbeitsfläche. Hier darf gewohnt und geruht werden! Wir werden das Feriendomizil an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.
