It is a detached villa for single occupancy in a peaceful location and with a stunning sea view from the terrace. A wonderful garden with palm trees, cacti and other Mediterranean plants also belongs to the holiday domicile. You can enjoy an exclusive far view of the sea and the beautiful Bay of El Portet. Additionally, there is a large pool terrace, a pool with steps and an outdoor shower, along with other different terraces and a BBQ area that provides a private atmosphere. Parking space and car port are also available. The southern slope location of the property provides sun throughout the day. Thus, simply a house in order to spend a relaxing holiday. Pets are also allowed. The property (about 1,000 m²) is completely surrounded by walls and gates.

This small, but fine, former fishing village has preserved a piece of the past and has been rightfully named the pearl of the Costa Blanca. With only 3500 residents, it is located about 10 km from the national highway and also far from mass tourism. From Teulada, a wide valley stretches out with vineyards surrounded by massive mountain chains. Right at this moment, the stunning view will show you what attracts so many visitors to Moraira. In the pedestrian zone of Moraira you will find shops, ice cream parlours, cafes and restaurants. Multiple smaller, elegant beach promenades invite you to go on walks and to stroll around. Also, here you will find very beautiful restaurants with terraces directly on the cliffs with a fantastic view of the sea. The central point in Moraira is a very beautiful, small sand beach. From the villa it is about 1500 m to the city centre, to the closest super market about 800 m and to the closest restaurant about 500 m.

Sie suchen seriöse Vermieter ab hier ist Ihre Suche beendet. Wir ( Vater, Mutter und ein Kind) waren super zufrieden. Zu einem super entspannten Urlaub den wir in Moraira verbringen durften, kam das Gefühl man wäre dennoch zuhause uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vor all dem waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, für jede Frage hatten sie ein offenes Ohr. Zudem haben wir ganz zu unserem Wohl eine schöne zeit auch mit den beiden verbringen dürfen. Auf diesem Wege liebe Grüße an euch! Keine Wünsche bleiben offen wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Alles wissenswerte zu dem Ort selbst steht in vorherigen Beurteiligungen beschrieben!

schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Hause Agarel. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll ist, daß wenn man zu 4 (2 Paare) wie wir Urlaub macht, die beiden Schlafzimmer und Bäder durch einen kleinen Flur mit Türe komplett voneinander getrennt sind. Die Bäder sind zwar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Sehr schön und sauber ist der Pool, der immer wieder durch eine Firma gereinigt wird.
Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Ein besonderer Tipp: eine Pizzeria an der Straße zum Strand el Portet
etwa 800m vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
Dort gibt es hervoragenden Fisch und andere Gerichte alles absolut Billig.

Unser Urlaub im Haus Agarael war wunderbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Strand, Restaurants und Läden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Moskitonetze an den Fenstern! Der Garten war auch für unsere Hunde ein Paradies.
Die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter sind sehr sachkundig und haben uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden.
Ein wiederholbarer Urlaub!

Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub im Haus Agarael verbracht. Die Informationen im Inserat sind zutreffend und auf gar keinen Fall übertrieben. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ruhig,
ohne abgelegen zu sein, da es an einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße liegt, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Villa ist zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet, außerdem gepflegt und sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen hat mir, daß alle Fenster mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet sind, so daß wir nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster durch die kühle Nachtluft auch im Hochsommer gut geschlafen haben.
Das Vermieterehepaar T. ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns kompetent und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen geholfen. Wir werden sicher noch einmal unsere Ferien dort verbringen.
