Our house is quietly situated in a sunny place and offers a lot of space for restful days. The apartment is furnished in a modern and elegant style. Spacious kitchen, 1 very beautiful, large bathroom, 1 lovely small full-value bathroom (Apartment A), 1 separate WC (Apartment B) 2 bedrooms, living room with big TV, SAT TV and free internet access (W LAN). In our grounds, you have place to start your day with a breakfast in the garden, or to finish off the evening with a friendly barbecue. The free silver lake beach is at a distance of only 2 minutes walking from the house and offers ample recreational activities (beach volleyball, tennis, diving, ice skating in winter etc.). The silver lake is a paradise in the winter for ice skaters and children to play in the snow. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski-resort is at a distance of 12 minutes by car. 8 additional ski-resorts can be reached within a max. of 40 minutes. Among them, the Nassfeld ski-resort, which is the largest skiing region of Carinthia.

Erholung abseits vom Trubel, aber mittendrin

Pure Erholung in der wunderschönen Wohnung - auch mit 4 Erwachsenen ideal -und im riesigen Garten. Sehr Tier- und Kinderfreundlich. Allerdings angewiesen auf ein Auto, denn man ist ländlich abseits. Ist man bereit seine Ausflugsziele, die reichhaltig vorhanden sind, binnen 15-20 Minuten per Auto zu besuchen, ist man schnell mittendrin in vielerlei Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Berge, große und kleine Seen mit herrlichem Wasser, sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten - auch für Kinder. Der Tierpark Rossegg ist z.B. einen Besuch wert - genauso der Wörthersee in 8km Entfernung. In der Wohnung sind eine Vielzahl aktueller Prospekte und Karten von Kärnten.

Wir (2 Erw./2 Kinder) haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben hell und freundlich, besonders toll ist das große Badezimmer.

Die Kinder waren vom nahegelegenen Silbersee begeistert und wir haben die zentrale Lage in Kärnten für wunderschöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung geschätzt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es dennoch für die Lage, da abends leider keine Möglichkeit besteht, in der näheren Umgebung zu speisen. Hier ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen oder man kocht selbst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschönes Appartment in der Nähe des Skigebiets Gerlitzen. Neue geräumige Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung und einem wunderschönen großen Bad mit großer Eckbadewanne. Nach einem anstrengenden Ski- oder Snowboardtag freut man sich schon auf die Fußbodenheizung. Sehr ruhige Lage mit sehr netten und hilfbereiten vermietern.

Eine schöne, helle Wohnung, alles neu. Vor allem das große bad ist wirklich geräumig, eine Eckbadewanne, eine Dusche, 2 Waschbecken, 1 Toilette, alles top ! Das zweite Bad ist klein, aber immerhin mit einer Dusche, 1 Toilette und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet.
Küche ist komplett (bis auf Mikrowelle), Ausstattung mir Geschirr usw. bestens !
Betten ok.
Großer Flachbildschirm-Fernseher (war für die EM super ;-) )

Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, aber Auto ist wohl angebrachter.
Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Villach, in Klagenfurt, hat einige schöne Ziele in der Nähe (Wörthersee, Gerlitzen,...).
Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und haben den Urlaub im Kärnten sehr genossen; genügend Platz im Haus, damit auch bei möglichem Schlechtwetter die gute Laune bleibt; sehr nahe zur Stadt Villach, wo wir auch shoppen und essen waren; keine 10min zur Gondel auf die Gerlitzen; sehr günstige Massagen im nebenan liegenden Physiotherapieraum durch die Hausherrin; W-LAN gratis; SAT-Fernsehen; ideal auch für 2 Familien, Großfamilien oder größerer Gruppen, da das obere Appartment im selben Haus liegt; es ist zu befürchten, dass dieser Geheimtip nicht allzulange geheim bleibt;
