Lovely holiday home with a breathtaking view over lake and mountains. Villetta Roccolo is on an open space against the slopes of the mountain ' Bregagno' at 350 m above sea level . The house has a lovely terrace, portico and large terraced garden. A place for a quiet holiday. For those who like walking and hiking, the tracks start right at your doorstep. At 3 km. 10 mins by car or 30 mins walking down hill is the village Pianello and lake side. Parking in front of the house. The house has on the ground floor large living room with dining area, open kitchen, on first floor 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath on the 2nd floor one large room with double bed and two single beds, show shower room, washing machine available. The house is situated in a forest on an open space with free view above Pianello del Lario and at 4 km from the lake shore, you can park the car on the forest road, or in front of the house (a steep 100 m downhill).

Lake Como is one of the most beautiful lakes of Italy; it is at 200 m. sea level, and 50 km long. It is also the deepest lake: 400 m! It is situated in a basin at the foot of the Alps and surrounded by lovely valleys. The shores of Lake Como alternate between picturesque villages leaning out on the water, gravel-sandy or grass-rocky small beaches, pleasure harbours and water sport area. Pianello del Lario is a small village between Menaggio and Gravedona on the north-west shore of lake Como.( at 40 km from Como-town) . Pianello has a bakery, small supermarket, some bars and restaurants. For more shopping is Dongo (3 km) or Menaggio (10 km). In Menaggio on higher grounds is also the oldest golf course of Italy.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mit traumhaftem Blick: Das Objekt übertrifft die Beschreibung! Ein gepflegtes Domizil mit sehr guter Ausstattung (die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet). Der Ausblick auf den Comer See ist genial, die umgebende Natur beeindruckend. Wir können das Objekt jedem empfehlen, der absolute Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht. Wer dann Abwechslung sucht, kann mit dem Auto den Lago di Como und seine Umgebung erkunden - es gibt viel Interessantes und Reizvolles zu sehen. Die Vorbereitung und Betreuung durch die Vermieter und die Maklerin ist engagiert und äußerst zuvorkommend.
