You would be staying in a semi-detached house with a parking space. The house was built 15 years ago and is cleaned annually and is thus in an excellent condition. The outside terrace is covered with light - large grill, also used as a place for fires. Seating for 6 people. The property is well-secluded thanks to a hedge, palms and beautiful flowers. The garden has a complete stone floor (no grass). Interior: Large living room with fireplace, television, DVD player, stereo system with CD, dinette for 6 - sofa max. 5 people. Kitchen: Fairly well-equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, slicer, water cooker etc. Bedrooms: Downstairs, 2 for 4 people (1 larger, 1 smaller) large wardrobes for clothes provided, a small bathroom downstairs with shower. Upstairs, a larger bedroom with terrace (2 sun beds). Bathroom with bathtub. Outdoor shower, too!

The house is in a very quiet holiday house community called Marcambrils about 6 km from Cambrils. It is about 250 m from the beach where mostly guests from the holiday houses go. There is a stand on the beach where you can eat/drink something. You can see the mountains from the house. A feast for the eyes when the weather is clear! Cambrils has a beautiful Old Town, a pleasant yacht/fishing marina with a promenade with palm trees that will soon reach Marcambrils - numerous restaurants with excellent cuisine - Recommendation: Fish restaurants in the harbour. You can do some great shopping in Cambrils, there are souvenir shops and high-quality classical shops. You can get to Cambrils in about 15 min. by bike and 35 min. by foot from Marcambrils. You can have wonderful tours in the back-country/mountains where nature started. A neighbouring town is Salou and there is a amusement park there.

Alles was ein Familienurlaub braucht!

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger strandnaher Lage. Alles ist vorhanden, was das Leben angenehm macht. Uns hat besonders der persönliche Einrichtungstil gefallen, z.B. die Bücherwand, die uns das Gefühl gab dort zu Gast zu sein und nicht ein Ferienhaus gemietet zu haben.
Garten mit Terrasse und der Plätscherbrunnen tragen zur gemütlichen Athmosphäre bei. Sehr angenehm: auch abends gab es keine einzige Mücke!!!
Es empfiehlt sich das nahe Cambriks besonders abends (empfehlenswert !!!) mit dem Rad aufzusuchen, da es fast keine Parkplätze gibt.
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus immer wieder nehmen, denn es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Unseren drei Kindern im Alter von 15 - 18 hat es auch sehr gut gefallen, denn die Fahrräder haben Cambrils problemlos erreichbar gemacht.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Haus und es war sehr schön, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind nicht weit weg, ruhige Lage, kein Tourismus in der Nähe!!!
