A walk around the Wesslinger See is beautiful - it can be reached in just a 3 minute walk. A romantic lake for couples, a lake with a beautiful beach, nice restaurants for the entire family. Not only the painter Renoir & the doctor Alzheimer were enchanted by this unique lake, but a lot of artists and famous celebrities live here still. During the winter, you will find ice skaters, curling, hockey players & hikers on the frozen lake. 10 minute drive to the center of Munich & 5 minute drive to other lakes. These destinations can also be reached with public transportation (for example, the s-train). In Munich, you can walk around, visit museums and have fun in one of the countless bars at night or in one of the famous clubs. However, right in front of your door you will find characteristic and untouched nature where you can enjoy all types of sports in a healthy atmosphere. Don't forget: Oktoberfest! (10 minute drive).

Our apartments/villa are located in the district of Starnberg on the edge of the forest (fantastic view from the roof patio/Garden) by the beautiful and romantic Wesslinger See, which can be reached in a 3 minute walk. About a 10 minute drive from the center of Munich and about a 5 minute drive from other lakes with the many traditional restaurants and beer gardens - the apartments are ideal for holiday or for business trips. The S-train can be reached in a 10 minute walk (travel time: downtown Munich about 30 minutes/ Oktoberfest about 20 minutes / Wörthesee about 3 minutes / Amersee about 10 minutes). Oktoberfest: 22.09 - 07.10.2007!

Ski resorts such as Spitzing (approx. 1 hr), Lenggries-Brauneck (approx. 1 hr), Sudelfeld (approx. 1 hr), Lermoos (approximately 1.5 hours), Christlum-Achensee (approximately 1 H), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (approx. 45 min) and? Austria (approximately 1.5 hours for example, Wilder Kaiser, Brixental and Zillertal) are easily and quickly accessible by car.
