A few years ago the bungalow 'Casa Esther' (90 m²) was built. It is an inviting and delightful bungalow and the beach is only 300 m away. The living room is quite charming, tastefully decorated with original oil paintings and a large soft sofa, furnished with love. The beautiful open American kitchen is fully equipped with the most modern devices. Everything is at your disposal. You have satellite TV with foreign programs. The whole room is looking out on the palm trees in the garden. The floors are tiled with terra cotta and in the winter, they are covered with hand buttoned carpets. The central heating provides wellness and well-being in the colder seasons. There are 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) and the bathroom (with washing machine). In the garden, there is a terrace and a pool, garden beds, table, chairs and parasol.

Some years ago this bungalow 'Casa Esther' which is 90 m2 was built. It is an inviting and delightful bungalow and the beach is only 300 m away. The living room is quite charming decorated with taste and original oil paintings and a large soft sofa furnished with love. The beautiful open American kitchen is fully equipped with most modern devices. Everything is present. Naturally you have satellite television with foreign programs. The whole room is looking out on palm trees in the garden. Terra cotta tiles are at the floors and in the winter, hand buttoned carpets on it. The central heating provides into the colder season for wellness and well-being. There are two bedrooms (with each 2 single beds) and the bathroom (washing machine). In the garden the terrace and pool, with garden beds, table and chairs and parasol.

Denia is a historical city established by the Romans at the Mediterranean. Its name derives from the Roman goddess Diana. It's a wealthy city at the Costa Blanca and has everything to offer which the most exigent person may wish. The sea water is very clean and the average year temperature is 18 degrees. According to the World Health Organization Denia has the most beautiful and favourable, stable climate of Spain and the world, with clean air and mild winters and warm summers, never too hot by the cool sea wind. It has 18 km of sand beaches however also rock coast. Many entertainment parks are in the proximity. Very marvellous is the mountain panorama of the Montgo. The historical old part of the town is typically Spanish. Everywhere one can eat well in Denia for example fresh fish at the port. Ship departures for Ibiza, Formentera or Xabia (Javea) or Altea are at the port. There are many beautiful nature areas and mountains in the surroundings and also the whole year Folk feasts.

Very good acomodation

We stayed in the house in october 2008. The pool was perfect. We did some horse riding, went to the beach at the end of the street, had dinner with the owner, we visited a lot of beautifull towns and beaches in one week. From the house the drive to other areas is easy.

Hallo, wir, ich, Tochter und Schwiegesohn waren im letzte
September 07 in dem schönen Bungalow bei der netten
Gastfamilie. Die Unterkunft war für uns ideal, der Weg zum Strand nicht zu weit und der Strand selbst zu dieser
Zeit fast menschenleer. Man kann gut in das Meer gehen und das ist auch für Kinder ideal.
Auch ist der Strand noch sehr ursprünglich und man
kann viele Muscheln finden.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, es gibt einen kleinen
Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke mit frischen Brötchen Zeitung usw. Größere Einkäufe kann man im ca. 1/2 Std. weiteren Supermarkt tätigen, es gibt sogar einen Aldi.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hafen und die Stadt Valencia, der botanische Garten, Bauernmärkte,
es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Superferien in schöner Umgebung

Sehr gepflegte Ferienunterkunft einschl. Pool und Terrasse.
Von unseren Gastgebern wurden wir optimal betreut mit netten Gesprächen und vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und sonstige Freizeitgestaltungen.
Wir sind viel gewandert, haben viele Tagestouren mit dem Auto unternommen und haben uns wunderbar erholt.
Vielen Dank nochmal an Helma und Raffael!

Schönes Gastfreundliches Haus

Hallo Helma und Rafael,
Wir sind zurück gekommen in Venlo und wir alle vier möchten euch noch einmal danken für die genossene Gastfreundschaft im Villa Lydia. Wir haben das herrliche Wetter genossen, nur 1 Tag regen im ganzen Monat März. Fast jeder Morgen konnten wir auf euerer geschützte Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken und nacher meistens herrlich gefaulenzt und gelaufen. Auch haben wir die Umgebung ausführlich aufgeklärt mit dem Nutzen der Hinweise von Rafael. Moraira, Calpe, Guadalest und die herrliche Fallasfesten in Valencia haben wir besucht. Die Terrasse in Els Poblets, haben wir häufig ..... besucht….., möglicherweise viel zu viel ..... solten wir jetzt die Gewohnheit von Speise und Getränke abgewönen. Geist treten. Wir schließen, welche Fotos anbei von unserer Abschiedsfest mit Rafael.

Wir bedanken uns sehr für euere Bewertung und ihr habt uns in Denia schon mehrmals gesagt, dass es euch besonders gut gefallen hat. Ihr habt ja auch Glück gehabt, immer Sonne, nur 1 Tag nicht. Für Familien so wie ihr sind unsere beide Häuser auf denselben Grundstück natürlich wunderbar. Tagsüber zusammen im Garten und weiter jeder sein eigenes Haus.
