Denia is a historical city established by the Romans at the Mediterranean. Its name derives from the Roman goddess Diana. It's a wealthy city at the Costa Blanca and has everything to offer which the most exigent person may wish. The sea water is very clean and the average year temperature is 18 degrees. According to the World Health Organization Denia has the most beautiful and favourable, stable climate of Spain and the world, with clean air and mild winters and warm summers, never too hot by the cool sea wind. It has 18 km of sand beaches however also rock coast. Many entertainment parks are in the proximity. Very marvellous is the mountain panorama of the Montgo. The historical old part of the town is typically Spanish. Everywhere one can eat well in Denia for example fresh fish at the port.
