A few years ago the bungalow 'Casa Esther' (90 m²) was built. It is an inviting and delightful bungalow and the beach is only 300 m away. The living room is quite charming, tastefully decorated with original oil paintings and a large soft sofa, furnished with love. The beautiful open American kitchen is fully equipped with the most modern devices. Everything is at your disposal. You have satellite TV with foreign programs. The whole room is looking out on the palm trees in the garden. The floors are tiled with terra cotta and in the winter, they are covered with hand buttoned carpets. The central heating provides wellness and well-being in the colder seasons. There are 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) and the bathroom (with washing machine). In the garden, there is a terrace and a pool, garden beds, table, chairs and parasol.

This recently completely reconditioned floors apartment in 'mansion Lydia' is 120 m2. It is an inviting and delightful apartments and beach near only 300 m. That large dwelling with elevated ambiente and original oil paintings, and leathers sofa and armchair is affectionately furnished, a very large exclusively equipped American living kitchen and with most modern devices equipped. Everything is present. Naturally you have satellite television with German programs. The whole dwelling is light-by-flooded with outlook on the beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Marble tiles are at the soil and in the winter, hand buttoned carpets on it. The central heating provides into the colder season for comfort and well-being. There are two bedrooms (with ever 2 single beds) and luxury bathroom (washing machine) and its own large Veranda with table and chairs. In the garden is your own sun terrace at the pool and fig tree, with beach chairs, table and chairs like that as sun screen.

Denia is a historical city established by the Romans at the Mediterranean. Its name derives from the Roman goddess Diana. It's a wealthy city at the Costa Blanca and has everything to offer which the most exigent person may wish. The sea water is very clean and the average year temperature is 18 degrees. According to the World Health Organization Denia has the most beautiful and favourable, stable climate of Spain and the world, with clean air and mild winters and warm summers, never too hot by the cool sea wind. It has 18 km of sand beaches however also rock coast. Many entertainment parks are in the proximity. Very marvellous is the mountain panorama of the Montgo. The historical old part of the town is typically Spanish. Everywhere one can eat well in Denia for example fresh fish at the port. Ship departures for Ibiza, Formentera or Xabia (Javea) or Altea are at the port. There are many beautiful nature areas and mountains in the surroundings and also the whole year Folk feasts.

This is a very clean apartment, close to many amenities. Good for walking and touring. Very quiet but close to the beach for young families. Clean and well maintained

wir haben im September 2009 unseren Urlaub in dem App. der Villa Lydia verbracht.
Die Vermieter Helma und Raffael sind wunderbare Menschen. Sie stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Sie sind sehr darauf bedacht, das es den Gästen an nichts fehlt und einen angehmen Urlaub verbringen.
Immer lieb und nett und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Schöne Abende bei einer Flasche Wein in netter Gesellschaft.
Das gesamte Anwesen - Garten, Pool, Wonung, sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Der Strand und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Im Juni 2009 haben wir mit unseren Enkeln ( 6 und 3 Jahre)
14 Tage in der Villa Lydia einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. (Flug von Berlin nach Alicante, mit Mietauto)
Die Fewo, der Garten, der Pool und der nahe gelegene Strand ist sehr schön. Die Kinder haben den schönen Pool ausgiebig genutzt und waren vom Urlaub begeistert.
Die netten Vermieter Helma und Raffaele waren immer für uns da und gaben uns wertvolle Informationen.
Owner's Response: Wir haben uns sehr gefreut dass ihr bei uns wart und das wir gelegenheit hatten uns kennen zu lernen tagsüber im Garten und manchmal abends bei Wein und tapas, etwas dabei zum essen. Es war wirklich eine grosse Freude die kleine Kinder so nett und lieb zu beobachten. Wir sind immer sehr glücklich wenn unsere Gäste auch Kinder zufrieden sind. Wir hoffen euch im Zukunft noch öfters begrüssen zu dürfen.

Dieser Bungalow ist der BESTE wo wir je gewesen sind. Einfach toll!! Man fühlt sich hier sofort wie zu Hause. Es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem überstiegen. Wir waren begeistert.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts und ausgezeichnet gepflegt und so unglaublich sauber und sehr komfortabel. Nicht nur die Wohnung selbst, auch die ganze Anlage z.B. Pool und Garten, zeigt sich in einem sauberen Zustand.
Es hat die ideale Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand.

Der Kontakt zum freundlichenVermieter ist hervorragend und man erhält jegliche Unterstützung.

Wir können alles nur sehr positiv bewerten und selbstverständlich werden wir es
weiterempfehlen und werden noch lange an diesen wunderschönen Urlaub zurückdenken.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal, denn wir werden gerne und sicher wiederkommen.
Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
