Ca'n Perla is a large villa for up to 10 persons. Built in U-form Ca'n Perla consists of one living-/dining-room, an office, a kitchen, a guest WC, a main bedroom with attached bathroom as well as further 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The centre of the U is arranged as partially considered terrace which gives you also at any time of the time places with shadow. On a beautifully garden property on of approximately 3,200 square meters there are approximately 300 square meter floor space and approx. 100 square meters, partly considered, terraces available to you. Additional a pool - 5 to 10 meter with roman stairways - is not missing. Also neither the external grill is missing for the summer, still cosy fire-places for the winter in living room and office. Owing to the heating system Ca'n Perla is habitable the whole year!

The village Cala Murada is an Urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the east of Mallorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is much green and is suitable also for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the Urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. The Urbanisation Cala Murada has its name of the appropriate bath bay Cala Murada, which is the main beach of the Urbanisation. Beside this one the Calas Domingos Gran and Domingos Petit can be attained very well by foot. All bath bays are excellent with the European blue flag for good bath water. There are all sandy beaches with crystal-clear water.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For each stay there is an additionally fee of Euro 170,- for the handover-cleaning. The house is to be given back clean swept at the end of renting.
  • The shown rate includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
  • A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartment is available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartment by latest 10:00 am; on arrival day the house will be available approx. at 2:00 pm.

Golf: Ca'n Perla lies approx. 10 minutes (by car) to the golf course Vall D'Or Golf (for which you can get discounted green fees from us), one of the attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the places Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are good with the car to reach. An ideal point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation. The Ca'n Jordi has sufficiently subordination places for your golf equipment. We co-operate locally with transport enterprises, to it adjusted are Golfer and their equipment (also in small groups) to be transported. I.e. we cannot only offer as Golfer an economical airport transfer to us, but also help to come you during your golf course planning to the appropriate golf courses and/or be again fetched. Also we are gladly helpful in the reservation of the starting times.

Schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Wohnlage

Wir waren im September 2008 mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern/ Babys in dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war super! Dank der großen überdachten Terrasse konnten wir uns ständig draußen aufhalten und der schöne Pool sorgte für Abkühlung. Das Zentrum von Cala Murada (ein kleiner Ort) ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ca. 25 Min. Ein kleiner Spar-Supermarkt ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort erhält man alles für den täglichen Bedarf und Brötchen fürs Frühstück. Der 20 Min. (zu Fuß) entfernte "Hausstrand" hatte in diesem Sommer relativ viele Steine, aber feine Sandstrände sind in den nahen Buchten zu finden - mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Min. Wir hatten ein Auto und finden es auch empfehlenswert, wenn man zum Strand oder Einkäufe in einem großen Supermarkt tätigen möchte. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war super! Von der gesamten Abwicklung, über Buchung des Transfers, Tipps für Restaurantbesuche und Hilfe bei einem Arztbesuch. Wir würden die Finca ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus, in dem nichts fehlt

Waren im Juli 2008 mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Ca´n Perla. Tolles Haus mit viel Wohnfläche und großem Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage. Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung. Bunt blühender Garten. Strand der Cala Murada leider kein feiner Sandstrand.Aber in der Umgebung schöne Buchten (Calas), Mietwagen daher empfehlenswert.Würden das Haus immer wieder mieten, da absolute Ruhe und Erholung garantiert ist.
