  • Very near Flamengo Park for sun-bathing (water not appropriate for swimming), walking, cycling. The former president’s palace with café, exhibitions, theatre, etc. Flamengo is one of the safest areas in Rio! You have access from here to the famous beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon - and only 15 min. by bus or U-Bahn gets you to the town centre for all the exhibitions. Business persons will enjoy being only 10 minutes by taxi away from Santos Dumont airport.

Ein Traum zum Erholen von Uschi und Harald

Haben die Vermieterin persönlich kennengelernt, und sie hat uns gleich von Anfang an herzlich aufgenommen.
Wir haben uns so sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut, und waren voller Erwartung, wie es denn nun wirklich ist.
Ich habe mich in dieses Haus sofort auf den ersten Blick verliebt. In diesem wunderschönen geräumigen Haus mit samt seinem Haushalt fehlt wirklich nichts. Alles an Geschirr, Gewürze, Töpfe Pfannen etc.,
sogar Austernzangen, Grill mit Holzkohle, selbst Bücher und Landkarten, Spiele waren vorhanden. Hier merkt man wirklich, das sich die Besitzerin über das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste, Gedanken macht, und alles Mögliche dafür tut. Einkaufen kann man hier sehr gut, frischer Fisch, Fleisch, Käse, und dann noch das frische Gemüse. Mein Mann und ich sind kein einziges Mal zum Essen gegangen, wir haben bis auf 2 Tage (Wetter war nicht so gut, da gab es Suppe, mmmhh lecker)immer gegrillt. Es gibt einen wunderschönen überdachten Freisitz, unter dem man wunderbar sitzen und essen kann, einen riesigen großen Garten, zum Entspannen, faulenzen. lesen etc. Es ist wahrhaftig ein Traum, seinen Urlaub dort zu verbringen!

Urlaub von Anfang an!

Pechine ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr schönem, gepflegten Garten und genug Platz für 2 Familien. Hier fehlt es an absolut nichts und der Urlaub beginnt schon auf der romantischen Terrasse oder in einer der Hängematten. Da sich im Sommer fast alles draußen abspielt, ist der riesige Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzecken, 2 Grills, Hängesesseln und zusätzlicher Außendusche ein absoluter Traum. Lit-et- Mixe ist ein kleiner hübscher Ort mit täglichem Markt und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, netten Bars und kleinen Restaurants. Die Gegend drumherum lässt sich prima mit dem Fahrrad (oder Kanu) erkunden. An schönen Stränden gibt es viel Auswahl in unmittelbarer Umgebung: einsam oder belebt, traumhafte Dünen, herrliche Brandung, bewachte Badezonen und Wassersportmöglichkeiten überall. Wir hatten 2einhalb Wochen richtig Urlaub, viel Spaß, haben uns bestens erholt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

"Pechine" bietet gut Erholung

"Pechine" ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit ausgesprochen perönlicher Note der Besitzerin. Ideal für Familien, die sich abseits des Trubels erholen wollen.
Sehr kinderfreundlich, Kinder können auf dem riesigen Gelände und im Kinderhaus "Pechinette" super draußen spielen.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man muss nicht einmal Wäsche mitnehmen, denn die Besitzerin verleiht Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen eine geringe Gebühr.
Abwicklung total einfach mit überaus nettem Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Der Ort ist ok zum einkaufen mit kleinen Geschäften und einem Supermarkt (Tankstelle und Super U). Dieses kleine Dorf hat sich seine Ursprüglichkeit bewahrt und ist insbesondere durch die Gastronomie der Gegend geprägt.
Mit dem Auto ist man in zehn Minuten am Atlantik. Auch Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad lohnen sich. Biarritz, Dyne von Pyla sind nicht weit. "Pechine" ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
