The Finca lies in tranquil surroundings near Artà in north-east Majorca and has a lovely view of the landscape. It has a relaxing, private atmosphere. It contains a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, fireplace and also a radio, central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a main house of 180 m² and an annexe of 80 m². There are 5 bedrooms, 4 double and one single room. The single and 2 of the double bedrooms are in the annexe. 2 of the bathrooms are also in the annexe. It is suitable for 9 persons + 1 child. Outside there is a swimming pool, terrace, grill, garden, parking space, garden furniture.

It is from the years between 1000 and 1300 B.C.. The fortress church of l’Almudaina and the sanctuary of Sant Salvador are certainly worth a visit.
