Our well kept 3 room non-smoking apartment offers a large, covered east balcony with view upon the superb region of Nebelhorn (attic floor, second floor). The large and very light living room has a comfortable suite, as well as a dining table with corner seat. 2 friendly bedrooms have double beds with separate mattresses, one has access to the balcony. The completely equipped kitchen has access to the hallway. A pass-through leads to the dining area. The friendly, modern bathroom has shower, WC, bidet and towel-wall heating. There is also a separate guests/children WC. The large apartment is located in a very silent, health resort-like, southern region of Oberstdorf. It has its own parking lot. In a few steps, you can reach the grassland with the large panoramic paths, the Oberstdorfer valleys, or the mountains and the cross country skiing runs. You can reach the center in 5 minutes. The indoor swimming pool (with warm pools and a large sauna) & the cinema are even closer. Pure fun!

Notes to the rental rates

• All prices are for 2 persons. Every third or fourth person costs € 5,00 each. A linen set can be put at your disposal on request, for a charge of altogether 20 Euros. The final cleaning is 45 Euros.
  
• The Oberstdorf community imposes a visitor’s tax, which is presently 2.60 Euros per day and per person over the age of 17. The visitor’s tax for children and teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17 is 1.95 Euros per day. Paying the visitor’s tax, you will receive a guest card which enables you to get discounts in numerous facilities (mountain trains, ski lifts, swimming pool and sauna in Oberstdorf spa, etc.).

Hiking

Oberstdorf is an ideal starting point for both small and long hiking tours in the numerous, flat valleys, up to the mountains. Young and old can find the appropriate proficiency level.

Biking

Small biking tours along the Iller river or in the Oberstdorfer valleys, big biking tracks with all the proficiency levels, as well as mountain bike tours in the mountains are possible here.

Skiing Information:

There are many km of cross country skiing runs with all proficiency levels. The access to the cross-country skiing run is 100 m from the house. In 2005, Oberstdorf was the organizer of the Nordic Skiing World Championships. Alpine slopes with a lot of snow can be found on Nebelhorn. (The Nebelhorn train to the 2224 m high mountain top starts directly at the margin of the town.) There you will also find the longest slope in Germany (7.5 km), which leads you directly back into town. An impressive amount of alpine slopes you will find as well in the southern part of Oberstdorf in Stillach Valley (top station at 2037 m), with connection to Austria, in Kleinwalsertal (Kanzelwandbahn) and in Söllereck with Söllereck train (station at 1358 m), where you will also find family starts, with excellent Höllwies lift.

Golf Information:

In Oberstdorf, there is a wonderful 9-hole golf course. In the close vicinity, you will find several 18-hole golf courses.
