This elegant vacation house lies on a beautiful, small, idyll green island (Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club) directly behind the vast sand beaches of St. Pete Beach (Tampa Bay) on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The apartment is on the 12th floor, has 2 bedrooms (king-size bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 large balcony, a kitchen, large eating area and living room, washing machine and dryer. This apartment was completely renovated with luxurious bathrooms and kitchen. The furnishing is new, modern and tasteful. The living room offers cable TV and a flat-screen. The parking area is roofed. Also enjoy the heated pool and whirlpool directly by the water. The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few minutes away. Shopping facilities are easy to reach. Ft. de-Soto Park (number 1 beach in the USA 2005) is also only a few kilometers away.

Isla del Sol is a small island overgrown with palm trees and a large golf course. It is south of St. Petersburg and thus very close to the famous beaches of St. Petersburg Beach. Despite its quiet location, all city entertainment and shopping facilities are easy to reach. The island is an ideal point of origin to many of Florida's attractions, like for example the nearby: Fort de Soto Park, Busch Gardens, Dali Museum, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Sunken Gardens, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Adventure Island, but also a good starting point to some of the somewhat further destinations (driving time in parentheses): Disney World (2 hours), Kennedy Space Center (3 hours), the Everglades (2 hours), Miami (4 hours)
