The residence in which you can find the comfortable and well equipped vacation apartment is a country house in a typical Tuscan style, made of traditional materials. It is located in the Pineta and completely fenced. The apartment Il Sughero can be found in the back part of the property and as a matter of fact, it is very quiet. It is on the first floor of the house and has behind the house a private garden, neighbouring the woods. In the summertime, the big terrace with sun shade is a highlight. It can be used from early spring until late autumn. The common pool is in the center and can be shared by all the inhabitants. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 2 people in the eat-in kitchen. There is a shower bathroom. You have a lot of space in the open air, where you can enjoy your private sphere. The apartment is arranged in the smallest detail and with all the comfort.

The Guardistallo community is not far from the Tyrrhenian Coast with its popular sand beaches, located in a region which is well known as a vacation destination. The residence is half way between Guardistallo and Cecina. The typical Tyrrhenian wood invites you to pick up mushrooms in the autumn and offers you fresh air in the hot summer months. The villages from the Middle Ages kept their original character. In the summer, there are many cultural events in this unique region. Good food and good wines are guaranteed. You have the possibility to practice many water sports, as well as to ride your bike or your horse. The weekly market is an event in Cecina. There you can also find all sorts of shops and a water park for your children. Within a 1-hour drive, you can reach the Nature Park of Maremma. The Golfo di Baratti invites you for a bath, for a visit of the Popoulonias or for a good dinner.

  • Linen and towels can be rented upon request, for 10 Euros per person. They are changed once a week.
  • The final cleaning is 35 Euros. We kindly ask you to pay a 200 Euros security deposit when we hand you in the key. You will receive the deposit back at the end of your stay, minus the additional costs.
  • Possible heating and air conditioning costs are not included in the rental rate, and will be calculated according to usage.
