This recently renovated, 140 m² large, modern country house has a picturesque location on the hills of Camaiore. It is surrounded by olive groves and has a completely open view of the city and the sea. The street to the house becomes quiet narrow at the last km . On the ground floor, you will find: the living room with open fireplace, a 46’ flat TV with Satellite and high speed DSL connection, with laptop and iPod sound dock, a large, professionally equipped kitchen, adjacent room with single bed that can turn into a double if needed, with attached bathroom, washing machine, dryer, and a covered pergola with dining place, a wood and gas grill, 5 m from the house. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom, one with shower and the other with shower and a whirlpool bathtub. About 15m from the main house near the pool there is a 30 m² dependance with a double bedroom en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. The pool has a saline filtering system

Camaiore is a small town with a vivid old center, restaurants and shops. Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi with its famous beaches, Pietrasanta, a center for sculptors from the entire world, and the medieval town of Lucca can all be reached within 20 - 30 minutes by car. In the North-East, there is Garfagnana, a mountainous region with wonderful hiking trails, water and stalactite caves (Antro del Corchia). Florence, Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena, Maremma, Cinque Terre and Portofino can all be reached within 1 - 2 hours. Arrival - Departure : The arrival time on Saturday should be from 5.00 to 7.00 p.m. and we ask guests to leave no later than 10.00 a.m on Saturday. For longer stays, the time for the final cleaning of the house can be set as requested. Guests coming to our house should please keep in mind that the car you are driving or renting should not be to big.

Highly reccommend this property, from the inside out, this farmhouse and property was masterfully rennovated with artisans of all trades and is beautifully maintained. Beautuful marble bathrooms, with top of the line fixtures and appliances. The owners who are close by are there to meet your needs or to assist you when you are in need of anything.

The location is secluded with great views of the valley and sea. Additioanlly it is central to many day trips, from Florence to Chinqua Terra.

All this made for a great family vacation, in a great part of Italy.
