Schöne Wohnung, gepflegte Einrichtung, wunderschön eingewachsenes Grundstück. Die Lage der Terrasse direkt am Pool ist für Familien ideal. Das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Sonnen-und Schattensitzplätze.
Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Die Mezzanine ist aufgrund der Höhe und der steilen Leiter eher für Jugendliche als für Kinder geeignet. Schlafmöglichkeit für Kinder ist aber auch im Wohnraum gegeben. Daher ist die Wohnung ideal auch für Familien mit 3 Kindern.
Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn sind alle Ziele an der Côte d'Azur schnell zu erreichen. Gute Bademöglichkeiten in den Buchten am Meer und am See in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.
