Can Petrel is a nice, quiet and romantic finca with a panoramic view over the Valley of Colonya and Puig de Maria. The house is surrounded with a big of garden of 3.200 m² with fruit trees, and Mediterranean vegetation.

The house is easy accessible, located 50 meters from the road to the Valle de Colonya and the surrounding mountains that has very little traffic. Living in Can Petrel allows you to enjoy the daily life of a Majorcan Village with the variety of cafes and restaurants with the bonus of living on the country side.

  • The house enjoys a romantic jotul stove that heats the main living room. For the bedrooms and kitchen we have electric radiators. The prices for the heating are not included. Costs of heating for the electrical 6 -10 Euros per day during the month November to April.
  • The cistern covers perfectly the needs of 6 people during a week including washing machine, daily dishwasher, and domestic needs.
    For longer stays then a week the water truck will come automatically once a week to ensure the supply. Extra consume of water is possible but will be charged to the guests on cost prices.

Walking: The special location of the house offers many itineraries on the country side for walks starting directly from the house on the Valle de Colonya and the surrounding mountains that are the beginning of the Sierra de Tramontana.

Golf: There is 2 golf court on the neighbourhood in Pollensa and in Aucanda, very close to Puerto Alcudia with a fantastic panoramic view.
