Apartment situated in a former farmhouse (of flower farmers) in Verezzo, a small suburb of San Remo, approx. 4km from the sea and beaches. Locality & house have a calm situation, since the access road ends in the village avoiding any transit traffic or noisy tourism. Occupying the whole first floor the apartment consists of: completely equipped kitchen with dining place; bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet & washing machine; 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), living room with balcony. Living & both bedrooms have vault roofs and additionally a wonderful sea view reaching on clear days the isle of Corsica, 180km away! The environment is characterised by a typical Mediterranean landscape, shaped by traditionally terraced, evergreen mountain hills with gardens and olive groves. Ideally situated for excursions to the Cote d'Azur: Monte Carlo (35 km), Nice (55 km), Cannes (75 km). Adventures: 5h-lasting Whale & Dolphin-watching boat tours! Minimum stay: 7 days.

The house sits in the midst of a small group. The road, where the car is parked, runs somewhat below the houses and the last 100 m to the apartment can only be driven on by cars with 4-wheel-drive. Grocer's shop & a good Pizza restaurant is 500m away, bus stop 100m (hourly services to city centre). There exist outstanding excursion possibilities: The prestigious Cote d’Azur (with Monte Carlo 35 km, the Cap-Ferrat peninsula 40 km, Nice 55 km, Antibes 70 km, etc.) is only 1/2h away! For friends of nature & hikers marvellous possibilities exist directly from the house, i.e.: Alongside the coastal hills with their smelling multicoloured Mediterranean flora and always new beautiful outlooks on remote mountain valleys, old coastal places & the azure Mediterranean Sea. Or walking the house mountain of San Remo, the Mt. Bignone (1300 m), from which you can admire in the west St. Tropez, in the south the Corsica island and in the north the Sea-Alps, 3200m high! Minimum stay: 7 days /1 week.

Whale-Watching: People interested in observing and photographing Whales and Dolphins in the open sea can participate in the boat excursions, lasting 5h, which are accompanied and commentated by sea biologists and run daily during summer time from SanRemo harbor.

Ski: Beautiful ski runs can be enjoyed until late April in Limone, one of the largest skiing resorts in the Piemont Alps. The resort, only 50km away from San Remo and the Mediterranean Sea, can be easily attained in 1h car drive. Watching cross ships in the azure Mediterranean Sea while having breakfast, experiencing full ski pleasure in the sea-alps during the day and enjoying in the evening a nice stroll at the beach - San Remo offers it all!

Golf: San Remo has a wonderfully situated golf course with 18 holes open all year. The course, designed by English architects and situated between old olive groves has a spectacular view on the Mediterranean. Overall course distance is 5203m / PAR 69.

Ein gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Feriendomizil mit einer netten Vermieterin. Man hat viel Platz zum sich auszubreiten, sowohl in der gut ausgestatteten Küche als auch im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern. Besitzt eine sehr schöne weite Aussicht auf das Meer und die Landschaft und liegt nicht weit entfernt von schönen Badestränden und herrlichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz toll auch, dass man im Dorfladen in 5 Min (zu Fuß) morgens frische Brötchen bekommt! Kurzum: Wir (4) haben in dieser FeWo eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können sie nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Ein wirklich herrlicher Urlaub in Casa Witto!

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Feriendomizil, wunderschön gelegen inmitten einer typischen mediterranen Landschaft. Einzigartiger Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung mit den hügeligen Küstenbergen. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und uns in der geräumigen Wohnung von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt. Sowohl das Baden am nahen Strand in Arma di Taggia als auch die interessanten Kultur-Ausflüge wurde in vollen Zügen genossen, nicht zuletzt wegen den guten Tips der netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin Myriam. Der Ort bietet ebenso eine wirklich ideale Lage zum Wandern in der herrl. duftenden Natur, die gleich ums Haus anfängt, wie einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge an die nahe Cote d’Azur. Dinge, auf die wir uns im nächsten Sommer schon heute freuen. Kurz: Wir verbrachten in Casa Witto einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gerne recht bald wieder!

Verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub mit wundervollem Panorama, das am Horizont zuweilen sogar Korsika aus dem Meer aufsteigen liess.Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und überaus nette Vermieterin. Ideallage für Individualisten, die ausser Strand und Sonne auch Land und Kultur geniessen möchten. Die reizvolle Umgebung lädt zur Erkundung ein, ebenso wie der Weg zum Haus zur sehr willkommenen Förderung der Kondition - so das wir sehr gerne bald wieder kommen!

Gemütliche Wohnung in den Bergen mit tollem Blick

Sehr schönes Panorama von dem kleinen Balkon (aber zum Frühstücken oder Ähnliches geeignet) über Tal bis zum Meer. Entfernung ca. 6 km bis zum Meer.
Sehr nette Vermieterin im Haus, die uns gute Tipps bezüglich Ausflügen, Essen, Einkaufen u. Ä. gegeben hat. Alles war sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche, aber veraltetes Bett. Insgesamt eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.
Parkmöglichkeiten 2 Minuten unterhalb des Hauses, nicht für beweglich Eingeschränkte geeignet.
Ausflug nach Monaco (1h mit dem Auto) oder Rocchetta Nervina (Berg-/Badeseen) (ebenfalls 1 h), Strand in Arma die Taggia zu empfehlen!
