The villa is spread over 200 sqm of air conditioned living spaces as well as a beautiful outdoors with pool and private beach. It lies on a saltwater-canal in a very idyllic residential area. The pool is a pleasure for the eyes, as from its overall it appears as if it would flow into the canal. The pool area is also very satisfactorily furnished. 6 persons can find ample place at 3 terrace tables with 14 chairs, 4 deck chairs as well as grill are also available here. The furnishing is very individualistic. With 220 sqm living place – divided in living room, billiards room, breakfast counter as well as dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms – this beautiful villa offers place for two to six persons. The floor is tiled with colourfully coordinated ceramic tiles or laid with carpet or laminate.

At the same time, a light breeze always blows from the Gulf of Mexico. Besides hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their dreamlike, white, partly deserted beaches are located ahead of Cape Coral. You can reach these islands by car in a short space of time.
