Our 4 star vacation house is, thanks to its central location in the Frankish region, an ideal starting point for numerous excursions and activities. The very big, modern apartment has 62 - 78 m² and accommodates 2 – 6 people. It has an integrated kitchen with Ceran stove top, baking oven, dish washer, Senseo, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and many more. The apartment has 2 big bedrooms with their own bathroom. Floor heating is available. One of the bathrooms has separate bathing tub and shower. The living room has an extendable leather sofa, TV, big balcony and a high terrace. Sun shades, chairs and tables are available. Parking place or garage is available for a certain surcharge. You can store your bikes and your sport equipment in the lockable storage room. Pets are allowed upon request.

Enjoy the sunsets and the km large panorama. The apartment is located at the margins of Gräfensteinberg, in a beautiful village nestled in the landscape. Bakery, post office, retail shop and village bar can be reached within a short walk. Thanks to its central location in the Frankish area, our vacation house is an ideal starting point for numerous trips and activities. There are only 6 km to the Brombach Lake and to the Altmühl Lake.

Wenn das Wetter mitspielt ist der Name Programm: man genießt den Sonnenuntergang auf dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Balkon. Auch die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: super sauber, gepflegt, gehobene Ausstattung,... und dann auch noch nette Gastgeber! So etwas findet man nicht alle Tage, deshalb werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus Sunset verbringen!!

Warum denn in die Ferne reisen, wenn das Gute ....

Ein zweites Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und kein Ende in Sicht.

Diesmal hatten wir einen 10tägigen Aufenthalt. Wir können es
drehen und wenden, aber wir finden einfach keine Negativ-Kritik.
Wie beim letzten Mal, war auch jetzt wieder alles perfekt. Die Wohnung in einem blitzblanken Zustand. Die Ausstattung mit
allem was man so täglich benötigt. Die Urlaubsbetreuung war
wieder super. Ausgedehnte Unternehmungen rund um den Brombachsee sowie die tolle Landschaft sind Garantie für ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Wir bedanken uns nochmals auf diesem Wege bei unseren
Gastgebern Andrea + Stefan, die uns auch dieses Mal wieder einen supertollen Urlaub ermöglicht haben.

Wunderbarer Jahreswechsel!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für ein paar Wandertage und den Jahreswechsel 2008/2009 gemietet. Alles war optimal, sehr schöne, geschmackvoll möblierte und blitzsaubere Zimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und Küche (es war wirklich alles da, von Geschirr über Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank+Eisschrank, Geschirrtücher usw) im Bad gab es einen Föhn. (+Fussbodenheizung!)
Die Aufteilung war für zwei Paare ideal (jeweils ein grosszügiges Schlafzimmer mit Bad) und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küchenbereich.
Getränke waren zur Genüge und für jeden Geschmack bereitgestellt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei allen Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung jedem mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen!!!
