We offer a vacation apartment in the South of Berlin, for up to 4 people. This is a 67 m² large 2-room apartment on the first floor of a duplex. The apartment is light and friendly decorated. The garden and the grill can be shared. There are good transportation connections with the city and the surroundings. You can reach the city within 20 - 30 minutes. In the close vicinity, you can find restaurants and shopping facilities.

Our vacation apartment is located in the South of Berlin, in Neukölln Buckow District. It is located in a quiet side street, in a duplex. In the neighbourhood, you can find both one-family houses and duplexes. Within 5 minutes on foot, you have shopping facilities and restaurants. Thanks to the convenient location, you can reach the city in just 30 minutes (by public transportation). The public transportation for short distance traffic is available in only 200 m (Bus 171, M46). This way, you can reach the underground station Parchimer Allee or Britz-Süd and U+S Bhf Neukölln. By M46, you can reach the Zoo and the Südkreuz train station. With 171, you can get to the airport Schönefeld. There are direct connections over Spätstraße or Johannisthaler Chaussee, on the city highway. From here you can discover Berlin and the surroundings.

Wir wurden vom 21.07- 24.07.09 von unseren Vermietern sehr nett aufgenommen .Die Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet lässt keine wünsche offen. , 2 grosse Einkaufsmärkte sind in 5 min zuerreichen ,Verkehrsanbindung zur City ist sehr gut.Es hat sehr gut gefallen,wir kommen gerne wieder (verdient

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir - Eltern mit 2 Kindern - waren Anfang August für 1 Woche in Berlin. Der Hausherr hat uns freundlicherweise vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht -> ein toller Service! Eine sehr angenehme Familie!
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mit dem notwendigen Komfort ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen.
Auch ohne Auto kommt man sehr gut zurecht: per Bus und U-Bahn kommt man in 30 Minuten in die Stadtmitte.
Interessant für Selbstversorger: viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe.

Wir planen, wieder zu kommen.

wir genossen in der Zeit vom 2.-6. Juni 2008 einige, wenn auch zu wenige, erholsame Tage im herrlichen Berlin.
Die von uns angetroffene FeWo entsprach in allen Dingen den zuvor gemachten Angaben, verbunden mit einer sehr netten "Betreuung" unserer Gastgeber.
Wir hatten stets das Gefühl "zuhause" zu sein und sind sicher, dass wir in absehbarer Zeit erneut dort zu Besuch sein werden.

Angenehme Unterkunft in Berlin

Wir wurden vom 18.05.08 - 24.05.08 von unseren Vermietern sehr nett aufgenommen. Die großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage von Berlin war sehr angenehm. Verkehrsanbindung zur City war sehr gut.Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir machten im März 2008 mit unsern 2 Dackeln 1 Woche Urlaub und waren 200%zufrieden. Sehr,sehr empfehlenswert grad für Hundebesitze, da dort auch gute Gassimöglichkeiten sind.Für Selbstversorger ist alles im Umfeld zu erreichen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen ,dass wir sicher noch einmal wiederkommen. Fam. V. aus Mettmann
