Sauberes, großzügiges Domizil

Die Wohnung ist rundum perfekt und großzügig ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein dreitägiges Arbeitstreffen, wozu die Räume sich bestens eignen.
Tatsächlich ist der Straßenverkehr tagsüber deutlich zu hören - was uns nicht weiter gestört hat -, nachts ist es aber ruhig.
Für Urlauber mit Auto ist die Lage gut geeignet für Trips in den Harz, nach Hannover, Hildesheim und die Kurorte ringsum.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing

Schöne Wohnung und Gartenanlage

Unterkunft ist Ausgezeichtnet. In der Wohnung ist für 3 Personen genügend Platz und alls sehr Ordentlich. Die Garten-/Teichanlage ist super angelegt. Hinter dem Haus liegende Terasse und Pool ist richtig Klasse für Erholungs suchende. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Gerne werde ich dort wieder buchen.

Beeinträchtigungen durch Verkehrslärm

Der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind nicht zu beanstanden. Leider liegt das Domizil direkt an einer zum Teil stark befahrenen Bundesstraße und ist damit für Erholungssuchende nur bedingt geeignet. Zielgruppe dürften hier eher Monteure und Messegäste sein.
Owner's Response: Da die A 7 ausgebaut wird, verlagert sich zur Zeit zum Teil der Verkehr. Ab 21.00 beruhigt es sich aber fast vollständigt.
Schon vor vielen Jahren wurde unser Haus mit Schallschutzfenstern ( zur Straßenseite) ausgestattet. Die Haustür ist eine Biffartür.
Des weiteren sind noch ausgeschäumte Jalosien vorhanden.
Die Terrasse und der Pool liegen hinter dem Haus , direkt zum Naturschutzgebiet ( mit gelegentlich befahrener Straße) .
