Apartment in a new 1 family home. Large window allows you to enjoy a stunning sea view towards France. Kitchen is well equipped for self caterers. The furnishing is modern. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. Warm water through solar heating system, heated flooring turned on when cold. The apartment is located on the first floor or ground level. The view from the bedroom and the living room of the sea is simply amazing. IN the back the 3x3 m patio is next to the garden, or a patio to the sea. The garden is not yet complete. Garden furniture is available. The washing machine is in the cellar. Closest golf course 30 minutes away. Excursions to Cape de Creus via ship from Llanca. Directly under the monastery of St. Pere de Roda. No mass tourism, no high rises in El Port de la Selva. Beach for families with children in the village. Beautiful pebble or rock bays for snorkelling around El Port de la Selva. Pure relaxation!

Port de la Selva is maybe the most beautiful village on the Costa Brava with many rock bays for snorkelling, pebble bays and also sand beaches for children. Ideal for surfers. The fishing harbour is particularly interesting. Bakeries and supermarket are available. Many excursions can be reached easily. Ideal for hikers and cyclists.

schöner geht's nicht...

Die obere Wohung ist einfach wunderschön: weitläufig, komplett und bis ins Detail stilvoll eingerichtet, angenehm temperiert, nie zu heiß, guter Schlaf durch gute Matratzen. Man schaut durch ein großes Fenster direkt auf das Meer. Nach hinten heraus ist ein schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. Der Pinienduft ist wunderbar.
Nach dem Überqueren der Straße erreicht man sofort einen Rundweg, der sowohl in kleine Felsbuchten als auch ins Dorf und somit zum grobsandigen Stadtstrand führt. So kommen Schnorchler, Schwimmer, Plantscher und Sandburgenbauer auf ihre Kosten.
Das Dorf ist sympathisch, nicht touristisch kommerziell, sondern hat einen Charme als Fischer- und Urlaubsort. Die Umgebung bietet einfach alles: landschaftlich und kulturell.
Die Vermieterin ist überaus nett. Durch sie wurde uns die Freude auf den und letztendlich am Urlaub vergrößert.
Fazit: Schöner geht's nicht!

einfach nur schön...

Ein ausgezeichnetes Ferienobjekt. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die liebevolle Einrichtung lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Allein der Meerblick vom Wohn-und Schlafzimmer aus ist traumhaft.
Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen. Kultur-und Kunstinteressierten, sowie Aktivurlaubern, die gern wandern bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. Die Vorbereitung und Betreuung der Vermieterin waren ausgezeichnet.
Das Feriendomizil ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gern wieder!

Wohlfühlferienwohnung

Eine sehr gepflegte, liebevoll möblierte und dekorierte, wirklich komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung von deutschen Vermietern, die die Gegend seit Jahrzehnten bestens kennen, oft selbst vor Ort und sehr freundlich sind. Wir bewohnten das großzügige Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit tollem Meerblick von der großen Terrasse aus. Kinder ab ca. 8 Jahren finden in 2 Minuten Gehweg ein Schnorchelparadies (kleiner Kletterweg über die Felsen und Überqueren der Straße nötig). Wer kleinere Kinder hat oder lieber Sandstrand mag, ist im Ort (2 Minuten mit dem Auto) richtig. Sehr schöner Ferienort und tolle Umgebung (Kloster, Naturschutzpark Cap de Creus, Figueres, Cadaques, Portlligat mit dem einzigartigen Dali-Haus und Roses) leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden gerne einmal wiederkommen!
