Cascina del Rosone is located on a hill in the Monferrato area in the heart of the Barbera region right in the middle of its own vineyard. The old farm house was renovated in the typical Piemont vineyard style and maintains this style. The result is a rustic and warm ambiance in which you will feel comfortable during any season. Each of the two apartments have a living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathrrom/shower and balcony. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed for two people, for two other people there is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can be used. A bed for small children is also available. The kitchen is completely equipped and you can try out every Piemontese recipe. Ideal for resting and relaxing, for experiencing every day life in the vineyard and wine cellar and hikes and bike tours nearby or excursions to Piemont. Dogs are welcome.

Cascina del Rosone is located on a hill in the Monferrato area in the heart of the Barbera region, in the middle of its own vineyards. From here you can get to the truffle city of Alba and the Langhe, where famous wine and cheese is produced. The Olympic city Turin has a lot of museums and old coffee houses and is about 40 km away. However, you can also go to the historic commerce paths from north & middle Europe to the Mediterranean and visit the many cities and castles in Piemont and the many historic events. This part of Italy is famous for its wining and dining culture that you can enjoy by us all day long. Our vineyards are strictly worked according to the methods of biological farming and well groomed, and we produce Barbera wine that is known by its complex, fruity aromas and fine structure.

Eigentlich koennen wir nur wiederholen, was schon in den anderen Bewertungen steht. Das ist Urlaub von Anfang an.
Die herzliche Begruessung, die super schoene Wohnung, die sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt ist, der sehr gute hauseigene Wein und noch vieles mehr. Wir werden noch sehr lange davon schwaermen und bestimmt unseren Urlaub mal wieder dort verbringen

Urlaub in der Cascina Rosone ist wie nach Hause kommen!
Wir haben bereits mehrfach unseren Urlaub in der Cascina Rosone verbracht und waren jedes Mal begeistert, wie schnell und gut man sich hier erholen kann, denn ankommen und sich wohl fühlen ist ein und dasselbe. Das beruht sicherlich auf mehreren Ursachen, die wichtigsten aus unserer Sicht sind:
- die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit von Karin und Andrea.
- die ausgesprochen stilvolle Wohnung, die im Bezug auf die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen läßt.
- die herrliche Umgebung in mitten von Weinbergen mit dem Blick auf die Hügel des Monferrato.
Wer Erholung und Ruhe verbunden mit der Möglichkeit kultureller Besichtigungen (z.B. Alba, Asti, Cuneo ....) sucht, ist hier mit Sicherheit an der richtigen Adresse.

Mein kurzes Statement, gute, zentrale Lage, sehr netter Vermieter, gut ausgestattete Appartements. Wir (2 Erw., 2 K) waren schon mehrfach dort und möchten jetzt im Okt.
erneut eine Woche dort verbringen. Auch den Schwiegereltern hat es im letzten Jahr sehr gut gefallen, möchten jetzt wieder mitkommen und das zweite App. mieten.

Stilvolles Ambiente

Bei dem Anwesen handelt es sich weniger um ein Bauernhaus, als vielmehr um ein im piemonteser Stil ausgebautes Landhaus mit großem freizügigem Gelände mitten in den eigenen Weinbergen unweit des Städtchens Agliano Terme, welches zu Fuß erreichbar ist und wo man sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist über einen großen separaten Treppenaufgang zu erreichen. Das Interieur ist stilvoll und edel, sowohl was den baulichen Ausbau als auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung betrifft. Den Vermietern gelingt es, ein sehr warmherziges, fast schon familiäres Verhältnis zu ihren Gästen herzustellen. Auch sind Tiere (z.B. Hunde) gerne gesehen.
Was gutes Essen anbelangt, so kann man den Restauranttipps der Gastgeber voll vertrauen.
Nachdem meine Frau und ich bereits mehrmals in dem Haus zu Gast waren, können wir es voller Vertrauen wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
