Gemütliche Unterkunft

Gemütlich gelegenes Haus direkt bei einem kleinen Erholungssee. Das Haus ist sauber und wurde schön renoviert. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Meter. Das Auto kann man direkt beim Haus stehen lassen. Ideal um Berlin mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden.

Kultur und Erholung pur in einem Paket

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 15) verbrachten wunderschöne 8 Tage in einem sehr gemütlichen Domizil. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt. Ein kleiner Vorgarten mit Tisch und Stühle ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Auch wenn es für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben ist, könnte auch eine Familie mit 3 Kindern dort gemütlich wohnen, da eine weitere Kinder-Schlafgelegenheit sich im oberen Stockwerk (Schlafzimmer) befindet (auch für Kleinkind geeignet!).

Aufteilung des Hauses:
EG: Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Fernseher und zwei Sessel.
kleine Küche (Aber alles, was man so braucht ist vorhanden)
OG: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, in der Nische ein weiteres Bett (von
Wänden umrahmt)
UG: Bad (Badewanne mit Dusche), WC, Waschmaschine

Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und steht bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite.

Ein Bäcker (7 Tage offen) ist keine 300 m entfernt.

U-Bahn (Linie 5) ist "um die Ecke".
Ein Badesee mit Liegewiese ist 200 m entfernt.

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage (trotz Besichtigungsstress) verbracht
und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus unseren Freunden und Bekannten.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist jedem zu empfehlen. Die Angaben entsprechen Beschreibung. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Heimkommen.
Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Ebenso sind Spiele und Bücher vorhanden - auch Reiseführer "Berlin".
U- Bahn um die Ecke ; Supermärkte in 2 Minuten. Ein Spaziergang am See ist einfach genial.
Auto ist nicht erforderlich - kann für die Aufenthaltsdauer in der Seitenstraße geparkt werden.
Vermieterkontakt ist freundlich und unkompliziert.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

So ist Berlin eine Reise wert!

Wir hatten leider nur ein Osterwochenende,aber wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
Wer Berlin entspannt besuchen will ist hier genau richtig.Man kann sein Auto bequem stehen lassen,die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß im nu zu erreichen.
Die Gegend kommt einem vor wie ein Feriendorf,direkt vor der Tür liegt sogar ein Badesee,unfassbar.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet,der Vermieter ist ein Goldstück.
Kurz+gut wir fahren wieder hin,Danke für das schöne Wochenende.
