For all seasons: in wonderful Domaine, apartment with parking for up to 4 adults & 2 kids between St. Raphaël & St. Tropez at the sea shore with a direct beach access. Manifold possibilities for sports in & out of the water, for excursions to famous destinations at the coast and in land. 2 Pools (May to Sept.) embedded in a luxurious Mediterranean flora; security service. Guests, mostly families, come from all over the world. Shopping in ~2km. Apartment of ~50m² has a balcony with a little glimpse onto the sea, a lot of air and height. Furniture in light pine wood. Bedrooms with a double bed, direct access to the balcony. Mezzanine with 2 single beds, living with a bed sofa and kitchenette. Phone, small TV, CD-player. Bath, with shower and washing machine, separate WC are accessed from the entrance hall.

Ideal for a summer vacation on the beach, but also ideal for longer stays in beautiful fall, spring and warm winters. A well situated base for visiting glamorous St. Tropez and Cannes, for hiking in the Esterel Coast mountains , the 'Gorges du Verdon', for visiting Picasso in Antibes, Chagall and Mathis in Nice, the glass blowers in Biot, the perfume artists in Grasse. Close by the friendly Chateaux wineries for wine tasting and shopping. Meet life in Provence at the weekly markets in St Aygulf, dig into history in the Roman arenas in Fréjus and the Old Roquebrune of more than a 1000 years. Even golf is close by. Wir hatten in der ordentlichen - mit allem was nötig ist ausgestatteten - Ferienwohnung eine tolle Woche. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und vor der Tür gibt es noch einen Swimmingpool. Was will man mehr?

Umgebung und Anlage sind sehr schön. Leider hat das Apartement keinen mediteranen Charme, die Möbel sind alt und verbraucht. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, der Vermieter hat sich zwar bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen, trotzdem fühlten wir uns nicht wohl. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil auf keinen Fall unseren Freunden empfehlen. In der Umgebung, gibt es aber gute, bis sehr gute, Restaurants und Bistros. Sainte Maxime und Frejus sind auch nicht weit und die Landschaft ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Wer sich also überhaupt nicht auf das Apartement konzentriert, der ist vielleicht gut aufgehoben. Wir waren es nicht. Nicht vergessen möchten wir noch, dass man sehr viele Treppen gehen muss, um zum Domizil zu kommen. Das sollte man vielleicht in der Anzeige noch vermerken. Für ältere Leute eher nicht geeignet.

Owner's Response: Schade, dass sich diese Gäste in unserem schönen Ferien-Appartement ausnahmsweise nicht wohl gefühlt haben; es stimmt, die Endreinigung mit erheblichem Mehraufwand gegenüber sonst, war am Sonntag noch in vollem Gange, als die Gäste vor der Zeit kamen. Der Vermieter hat auch Sonderwünsche der Gäste während ihres Aufenthaltes direkt erfüllt.
Wir haben schon immer ein besonderes Augenmerk of Sauberkeit und Funktionalität unserer Wohnung.
Einige Möbel sind im IKEA Stil aus Pinie, die offensichtlich nicht jedem gefallen- in unserem detaillierten Angebot erscheinen immer weitere Bilder, die das Appartement ansprechend dokumentieren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung , in ruhiger , gepflegter Anlage.Unsere Töchter fanden das schlafen auf der Mezzanine toll.Sehr gut,der kurze Weg zum Strand.Wir haben in dieser Anlage schon 4mal Urlaub gemacht und sind ganz begeistert.Können sie nur weiter empfehlen.
