Until you have experienced the estate of Il Fontanile, walking on the beaches at midnight, swimming in the pool before breakfast, jogging along the track or day-dreaming on the terraces you will simply not believe that places like this still exist. Both houses have been carefully and lovingly restored and elegantly combine light, taste, ease and clean modern comfort. Located directly on the beach, the Dune houses are the perfect summer location for a relaxing holiday for young and old.

Surrounded by trees, the villa Il Fontanile stands in extensive landscaped grounds which blend into the olive groves and fields of the estate. Villa Il Fontanile has been carefully and lovingly restored. It houses 4 self-contained, terraced apartments (4-6 persons)which elegantly combine light, taste, ease and clean modern comfort. The beach, 3 km. from the villa, is made of fine sand with a multitude of colorful seashells. The interior decoration is light, friendly and comfortable. The living rooms have open fire places and comfortable upholstery. The bedrooms are kept in a simple and friendly style. The mattresses are on excellent quality. The private garden is equipped with a table and chairs. Hidden from the house by rose and lavender bushes is the 18 x 6 m. swimming pool with an adjoining paddling pool.

The Dune houses are located directly on the beach of Fontanile, only a short drive south of the peninsula Monte Argentario (Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano). Very close to Ultima Spiaggia, one of the most fashionable beach resorts in Tuscany. We highly recommend a visit of the WWF National parc (Parco dell'Uccellina), which lies close to Fontanile. Tarquinia and Tuscania boast world wide famous archaeological excavations and should not be missed (25 km from Fontanile). A visit of the Tarot Garden of the famous French artist Niki de Saint Phalle is also a tipp.
