Beautiful holiday apartment with roof deck and 30 m communal pool outside of mass tourism on the picturesque steep coasts of Badia Blava from Llucmayor. The residential complex "La Habana" is located in the urbanization of Maioris Decima, about a 15 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from Palma. The dream beach "Es Trenc" can be reached in 20 minutes, to the Playa it is about 10 minutes.

In the service center 100 m away you will find multiple restaurants, fast food, supermarket, bakery, banks, laundromats, tobacco and newspapers, pharmacies and doctors. The new golf course Maioris is only 200 m away, the 2x 18 hole course of Son Antem is about 10 minutes away. A yacht club can also be reached in 10 minutes. Directly nearby the newly built cycling paths start (more than 300 km) through the south and southeast of the island, all tarred and level. The stunning steep coast is 300 meters away, a bay with a cliffy entrance into turquoise colored water.

Wir waren Ende September 2009 für 10 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und können diese nur weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Angaben und alles war im gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer betreffend Vermietung, Schlüsselübergabe usw. war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnanlage ist als äußerst ruhig zu beschreiben. Die Wohnung selbst hat einen großen Balkon der sowohl zum ausgiebigen Frühstücken einlädt, als auch zum Trinken eines Gläschen Weins zu zweit. Der Pool ist wunderschön gepflegt und groß - vor allem ist es dort sehr ruhig, sodass man sehr entspannt die Sonne Mallorcas genießen kann. Die Wohnung liegt auch verkehrstechnisch hervorragend - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge (man ist schnell auf der Autobahn) oder einen Kurztrip nach Palma. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Schöne Fewo in gepflegter Anlage

Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal in dieser Anlage und zum 1. Mal in dieser Fewo. Die Wohnung ist als neuwertig zu bezeichnen und in gepflegtem Zustand. La Habana ist eine sehr ruhige Wohnanlage die meist nur von den Eigentümern(überwiegend Deutsche und einige wenige Spanier) genutzt wird. Der Poolbereich ist sehr groß und ruhig. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in 10 Minuten an der Playa de Palma zum Baden, Shoppen oder Essen.Weitere schöne Strände(z.B. Es Trenc) sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles in Allem eine schön gelegene Anlage und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen.

Wir waren Mitte September eine Woche zu Gast in diesem nett eingerichteten Appartment. Außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles super. (Wobei ich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer arg unbequem finde).

Die Anlage ist gut gelegen und gepflegt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden. Der Pool ist auch klasse. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Palma sowie am Traumstrand Es Trenc. Würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten!
