Apartment with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 patios for 6 people, 200 m to the beach, about 4 km to the inner city. There are altogether 3 attractive communal pools, one with a large lawn and a tennis court available free of charge. In the living room there are cosy seats and a small dining table. Of course, in the living room there is also a television with satellite reception and a stereo system. On the patio in front of the apartment you can sunbathe, grill, eat or just read the newspaper. If it gets to be to hot, you can take a small shower directly on the patio. Even if there are different types of restaurants within walking distance, you will have a completely equipped kitchen available for you in your holiday apartment. By the way, the nearest supermarket is also only 200 meters away. There you can get everything for your daily needs. Two bicycles can be used. Both bedsheets and towels are available.

The apartment is located in the middle of a holiday settlement, about 2000 m from the sand beach of Playa Flamenca. However, the beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig or La Mata can also be reached in just a few minutes. To the inner city of Torreviejas it is about 5000 m. A short distance away are all water sport options, golf courses and the free tennis court in the complex. The historical cities of Alicante and Murcia are easy to reach, where you can go on long walks or observe daily life in a cafe on the edge of a street. The shopping selection is also large. The modern shopping centre Habaneras in Torrevieja can be reached in a few minutes. On the beach promenade there is a well supplied Puma shop with great prices, similarly a Nike shop in Alicante or the shoe factories in and around Elche.
