Notes to the rental rates

• The prices include bed linens, electricity, heating, trash, cold and warm water. Please bring towels with. We also like to take requests from 4-6 people (price reduction). 02.02-09.02.08 only apartment open for four people! Price per week 364 Euro plus 32 +local taxes.
  
• The prices are calculated for the maximum stay of 10 people. If you have a request for less people, the price will also be reduced during the low-season. Additional costs: final cleaning per person 8 EUR, local taxes 1.07 EUR per person. Children up to 15 years of age stay free. From Christmas to 05.01.2007, the per week fixed price will be 980 €.
  
• Additional charge per pet - 5 € per day. Please bring along a dog basket, blanket and towel.
