The apartment is located at the foot of the Horn mountain. It is a maisonette apartment (120 m²) for 6 persons with a living room, a separate breakfast area, kitchen, 3 sleeping rooms with 2 bed places each, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and WC, one with shower and separate WC). In the living room there is a TV, a stereo (radio/CD/cassette) and a DVD player available. From the living room and two of the sleeping rooms you have a wonderful view to the Hahnenkamm mountain and the legendary 'Streif' racing track. The apartment has a large balcony, also towards the Hahnenkamm. In the summertime you'll have there a beautiful afternoon sun.

Kitzbühel is located between beautiful mountains (Hahnenkamm, Horn, Wilder Kaiser) and a lake (Schwarzsee). It has a fabulous old town, which is inviting you for a shopping or spa program. diese Wohnung liegt perfekt. Von der Terasse aus hat man den Blick auf die STreif. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Es ist alles tip top gepflegt und wenn man nach einem Jahr wieder kommt, fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Diese Wohnung ist unsere Lieblingswohnung in Kitz.

Sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Bummeln in Kitz, Schwimmen, Skifahren, Essengehen... Das Appartement ist nicht nur ein Ort zum Schlafen, es ist vom Schnitt und von der Einrichtung so angenehm, dass man sich hier gern aufhält. Alles war stets sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Wohnung, geräumig, liebevoll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nicht nur im Winter sehr angenehm und kuschelig, sondern auch in der Sommerzeit der idealle Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, realxen und in der Sonne liegen. Man glaubt es kaum, aber Kitz bietet im Sommer so einiges - auf jeden Fall die richtige Umgebung zu relaxen, Ich war schon im Sommer wie auch im Winter da und weiß nicht ob mir der Sommer nicht besser gefällt. Die Beschreibung ist sehr genau, der Kontakt zum Vermieter absolut nett und die Abwicklung problem- und reibungslos. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedenfalls bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

wir haben eine wunderschöne woche im appt. streifblick zum skifahren verbracht. die wohnung ist persönlich eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht ist da und mit liebe ausgesucht und gut in schuss und gepflegt - man merkt, dass die inhaber hier selber gerne urlaub machen. durch den maisonette-stil ist die wohnung sehr hell und luftig, allerdings auch hellhörig.
im keller gibt es eine kleine sauna und ein schwimmbad, alles sehr sauber und privat.
wir haben die zeit genossen und kommen gern wieder.
