Villa Alica with its total living area of 2,150 ft² is located in a quiet residential area but nevertheless central in the heart of Cape Coral on a 10,000 ft² lot. The next shopping facility is 1.5 miles away. The pool with its size of 32 x 15 feet and its depth of 3 to 7 feet is electr. heatable, same as the close-by spa with its air-blowers, water jets and its hot-tub function. Both units are equipped with underwater spots. The spacious patio with its western exposure offers seating for up to eight persons as well as 4 cushy sun loungers for sun-worshipper. Starting from our boat-dock you will reach the Gulf of Mexico without passing a lock in just 25 minutes by boat. The house has 3 bedrooms, an office with studio couch (serving as bed no. 7 and 8) and 3.5 baths. The fully equipped kitchen contains microwave oven, dish washer, fridge with icemaker and -crusher, range with ceran plates and oven, etc. and ample dishes, glassware, and cutlery for 8 people.

Villa 'Alica' was built as a massive construction and is a detached Florida-bungalow with a total living area of 2,150 square feet. On the wonderfully quite waterfront lot which has a size of approx. 10,000 square feet you will find an ample patio and pool area. The house is located at a sea water canal! The journey time by boat to the Gulf of Mexico is about 25 minutes. The distance to the next shopping center is approximately 2 miles. Within 30 minutes from here you can easily reach the perfect beaches of the nearby islands Sanibel and Captiva by car or boat. Fort Myers – the livelier city – is called the 'City of Palms' because of its 15 mile long palm alley. Here you have activities of all different kinds and Fort Myers Beach is a good alternative to the pristine beaches of the islands. Orlando and its amusement parks is 3 and Miami 2.5 driving hours away. You reach the Everglades in 30 miles

Fam. Frank, Berlin: herzlichen Dank nochmals, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrer wunderschönen Traumvilla verbringen durften. Das Haus war einfach vom feinsten; es hat an nichts gefehlt - einfach traumhaft. Wir können Ihre Villa nur weiterempfehlen. * Fr. Schnurr, Sasbach: wir sind seit fast drei Wochen wieder zurück aus Ihrem schönen Haus und sind doch etwas traurig, dass es schon vorbei ist. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles! * Fam. Lux, Mondorf: Der Urlaub verging leider viel zu schnell in Ihrer sehr schönen Villa Alica. Es hat in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt, es war an alles gedacht. Die Kinder waren nicht einfach aus dem Pool zu bekommen. Wir haben sehr viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen und haben uns immer wieder auf die Rückkehr in die Villa gefreut.
