This elegant vacation rental is found on a beautifully placed, small, idyll, green island (Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club) directly behind the wide sand breaches of St. Pete Beach (Tampa Bay) on Florida's Gulf coasts. The apartment is on the 5th floor, has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 1 large balcony, kitchen, eating area and living room, washer and dryer. This apartment was completely renovated with luxurious bathrooms and a kitchen. The furnishing is new, modern and tasteful. Enjoy the beautiful view over the fantastic golf course of Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club and the Boca Ciega bay. Only a few steps from the large, heated pool and whirlpool on the water. The location of the apartment is unique! The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few minutes away. Shopping facilities are easy to get to. Ft. de Soto Park (number 1 beach in the USA in 2005) is also only a few kilometers away.

The Isla del Sol is a small island overgrown with palm trees and it has a large golf course. It lies south of St. Petersburg - very close to the famous beaches of St. Petersburg Beach. Despite its quiet location, all types of entertainment found in cities and possibilities for shopping are easy to reach. The island is an ideal point of origin for excursions to a lot of Florida's attractions, like for example the nearby: Fort de Soto Park, Busch Gardens, Dali Museum, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Sunken Gardens, Suncoast Seabird Sacntuary, Adventure Island, but also to some of the somewhat further destinations (drive time in parentheses) like: Disney World (2 hours), Kennedy Space Center (3 hours), Everglades (2 hours), Miami (4 hours).
