Exclusive row end-house for 6 persons with beautiful views towards the Cala Agulla bay, in good weather to Menorca, 1st sea line in a quiet central situation. It contains of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living dining-room (with Sat-TV, video-CD-player, HiFi-equipment), kitchen (with oven, vitro ceramic cooking field, microwaves, coffee machine, dish washer), laundry with washing machine, big terrace with own pool, 3 additional terraces and underground parking bay. You have an air conditioning system warm/cold, very well furnished. It is situated at 2 min. distance from the diving bay, 6 min. from the beach and the centre.

Einfach ein toller Urlaub

Wir waren im September 2008 mit 5 Frauen in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit eigenem Pool und tollem Meerblick.
Unsere Erwartungen auf Grund der Bilder und der Beschreibung wurden noch bei weitem übertroffen.
Cala Ratjada ist einfach ein toller Ort. Im September mit einer 35+ clique nur zu empfehlen.
Leider konnten wir zu unserem Wunschtermin 2009 nicht mehr buchen, aber uns wurde ein anderes Ferienhaus angeboten und dies haben wir dann gebucht.
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist erstklassig. und alles in deutsch
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns natürlich das es Ihnen so gut gefallen hat.Leider konnten wir Ihnen das Ferienhaus in diesem Jahr für Ihren Wunschtermin nicht mehr anbieten. Aber Sie werden auch in dem anderen Haus in Cala Ratjada zufrieden sein. Erfahrungsgemäß wird das Haus F700 für die Hochsaison 1 Jahr vorher gebucht.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool

Ja das war ein toller Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus direkt am Meer über der Taucherbucht.
Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Der eigene, nur von uns genutzte Pool, direkt am Wohnzimmer, das war einmalig.
Der Weg zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Uferpromenade, Strand und und zum Nigthlife waren nicht weit.
Zum Essen gehen empfehle ich die Tauchstation Sa Cova und das Porto Fino am Anfang der Hafenpromenade. Viel Spaß hatten wir bei Max und seinem Team im Casa Nova an der Hafenpromenade.
Der Strand der Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada ist einfach einmalig schön.
Zum selber kochen war die Küche fürstlich eingerichtet.
Wir kommen wieder!
