Heating, air-condition. The house lies directly in front of the harbour on the Maritimo-promenade, the appartment is located quietly to the far side of the harbour. Wenn man sich als "Palmesaner" fühlen möchte, ist in dieser Wohnung bestens aufgehoben: mit dem Hausschlüssel rein wie die anderen Bewohner, einkaufen und kochen wie bei jedem anderen Haushalt in Palma (nicht wie zu Hause), aufs Dach neben an schauen, wo jemand gerade die Wäsche aufhängt und aus dem Haus rausgehen und mitten auf der Flaniermeile Maritimo zu sein. Wenn man Palma mag, wie sie ist, ist man hier richtig.

Die Wohnung ist geschmack- und sinnvoll eingerichtet, liegt sehr praktisch, ist gut mit Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants verbunden. Zum Arbeiten auch gut geeignet, da das Esszimmer als Besprechungszimmer genutzt werden. Parken war kein Problem - ausser abends am Wochenende, da der Maritimo sehr gut gesucht wird. Ich kann die Wohnung bei einem Palma-Besuch nur empfehlen.
