The lovely designed holiday apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms and one children's room for 8 people in total. The bedrooms have different themes, Africa, Tibet, Indian summer and Children's World! The kitchen has an open-plan design and from the spacious living room with oven and the balcony you can see the powerful peaks of the Alps and the Zugspitze. The apartment itself is located in an old country house built in 1940, which is situated in the Leitenfeldgebiet, which is in Patenkirchen, the residential area of Garmisch-Patenkirchen. It takes approx 10 minutes by foot to reach the centre of Patenkirchen. There is a large hotel within walking distance of the property and for a fee you can use all of the facilities, such as breakfast, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant etc. The apartment space offers you enjoyment, quality time, relaxation, freedom, and an oasis of calm in the resort area of Garmisch-Paternkirchen. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen !

Idyllische Lage in einer der besten Wohngegend Garmisch-Partk.,Parkmögl. war direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Eine ganze Etage in der schönen Landvilla stand uns zur Verfügung und die Beschreibung der Webseite verspricht keinesfalls zuviel - eine Wohlfühloase, die man nur ungern zum Urlaubsende wieder verläßt.Großräumig angelegter Küchen- u. Wohnbereich, komplett mit allem ausgestattet.(von Kaffeemaschine über Wasserkocher,Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck usw. bis hin zu Gesell.-spielen u. DVD für die ganze Fam,.-alles vorhanden,) Liebevoll eingerichtete Schlaf-bzw.-Ruheräume,die das Flair fremder Länder vermitteln u. zum Träumen einladen.
Vom Balkon aus konnten wir die Aussicht auf die Berge genießen (herrlich) und da die Besitzer eine empfohlene Wanderroute im Gästebuch hinterlegt hatten, gings gleich hinterm Haus auf Wandertour in die Bergwelt.Leichter Anstieg mit Aussicht auf die neue Schanze u, Natur pur. Nach ein wenig Anstrengung dann Rast auf einer Alm. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch für ungeübte Wanderer gut zu bewältigen.
Andere Richtung vom Haus aus, ist man nach kurzem Fußweg gleich im Zentrum Garmischs und nach jedem Ausflug freuten wir uns schon immer auf die Stunden die wir dann noch in unserem angenehmen Feriendomizil verbringen konnten. Dann e,.erfrischende Dusche od. Bad im exklusiv. Badraum um danach im zur Verfügung gestellten Bademantel noch e. Glas Wein auf dem Balkon zu genießen.
Die Besitzer des Hauses - so wie die ganze Fewo - sehr nett und angenehm, wie auch die "eigentl.Besitzer"-näml. 2 süße Katzen-wonnig,
Alles sehr sauber, adrett u.schon etwas Besonderes.
Leider hatten wir nur ein paar Tage Zeit um hier zu verweilen, aber wir würden gerne einmal wiederkommen u.haben unseren Freunden u. Bekannten schon empfohlen- wenn Ulaub in Garmisch- dann HIER!

Eine luxuriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, hervorragend geeignet auch für 2 Familien durch die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer. Wunderbare Gastgeber, traumhafte Landschaft und Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.
Ein Aufenthalt im "Freiraum", von dem man noch lange zehrt!

Bei bestem Wetter mit Bergblick auf dem Balkon sitzen, viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen,aber auch für die Erwachsenen zum Lesen, etc..., außergewöhnlich stilvolle Dekoration und Einrichtung, genug Platz auch an Regentagen, Goldfischteich, sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Wandern, Bergsteigen (Zugspitzmassiv und Wank), Baden (idyllische Moorseen).

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt- Schön war´s- Danke

Viel Luft, Licht und Sonne!

Eine sehr schön geräumige, großzügige Wohnung, in der es auch an Regentagen nicht eng wird.
Schöne Bergblicke in fast alle Himmelrichtungen, zu genießen u.a. von drei verschiedenen Balkonen aus, und am Vormittag blinzelt die Morgensonne ins Schlafzimmer.
Sehr liebevoll hergerichtet (inklusiv Willkommens-Trunk im Kühlschrank) und ebenso gut ausgestattet, bis hin zu Spielzeug im Kinderzimmer.
Die netten Vermieter tun das Übrige, damit man sich stressfrei zuhausefühlen kann.
Sehr, sehr schön.
