The detached one-family house is located in the development 'La Marina', a quiet residential area, in front of Es Barcares, around 15 minutes on foot from the residential area of Alcudia away. You can reach the natural beach at the bay of Pollenca, in just 150 m. The kindly gradient Sand beach (after around 60m 1 m water deep) is perfect for children. Hiking region, the newest golf course of Mallorca or the water park, are just in a few minutes by car. You can reach shopping facilities & supermarkets in just 3 minutes by car.
