The house was built with a rural style. The vacation apartment is located on the third floor and has a large west-facing balcony with electric blinds and a beautiful view of the orchard and the nearby mountain chain. The apartment has central heating and a Danish wood-burning stove. Additionally, in the bathroom there are heated floors, a washing machine and dryer are located in the main house (about 50m away) and can be used for a fee. There you will also find a grilling space with a beer table for cozy get-togethers. Families can use the new playground (about 20m away), as well as the newly built TSV sport grounds. (Half pipe, inline skating, soccer, tennis) Shopping facilities of all kinds are only about a 10 minute walk away and can be reached comfortably and quickly without a bus.

The Chiemgau spa is one of Europe’s strongest iodine thermal springs. The skiing and snowboarding region can be reached with a 30 minute drive. Europe’s largest Lake District invites you to hike year-round. The Herrnchiemsee castle and many historic cities, like Wasserburg, Rosenheim, Burghausen, Salzburg and Kufstein are worth a visit. The farm and automobile museum, the spa concerts and the cultural exhibitions in Kursaal in the park are always worth a visit. During the summer there are opera festivals on the Immling estate, as well as many traditional events every Friday at the farmer’s market. Ship and boat rides on Chiemsee, as well as fishing in the surrounding lakes, are also popular vacation activities. There are good medical facilities nearby and there is a dialysis center in Prien.

Wir waren begeistert von Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Preis und der tollen Umgebung. Vor allem mit Kindern ist diese Gegend sehr empfehlenswert. Und durch diese schöne Unterkunft wurde unser Urlaub noch schöner. Vielen Dank.
