The picturesque village Joucas is located on the southern edge of the Plateau de Vaucluse, above the D2, which leads from Cavaillon through Coustellet (RN 100) to Gordes and further to St. Saturnin. To the south you can reach the RN 100 also through Goult-Lumieres. The village with about 350 residents is in an elevated location and has a beautiful view into the valley and of the Luberon mountains. The holiday home is located in the middle of the picturesque and peaceful village, directly next to an original Provencal village fountain. You can quickly get to the highest point in the village. It dominates the entire valley and you can recognize Gordes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lioux and St. Saturnin.
