Enjoy your vacation in our maintained holiday villa 'Casa Mariposa'. Casa Mariposa is situated in a sedate area accessible by an approach-only road. There are three tennis courts within a four minute walk of the villa, and the beaches and the supermarket are approximately 850m away. The main flat with 100 sqm including the apartment with 60 sqm sleeps 4 - 6 persons. The Villa has a private swimming pool with roman stairs, plus an external shower and a beautiful poolside terrace with couches and a sun screen, as well as a barbecue. A lockable carport is provided with the property for vehicle protection. The villa is centrally heated when staying during cooler weather.

Between Moraira and Calpe you can find some of the most scenic bays of the Costa Blanca. You will find small bays with natural sand or pebbles, providing clean turquoise water with visible rocky sea bed – the ideal conditions for scuba divers or snorkelling tourists. The most popular bay in Benissa is called 'Cala Fustera', and has fantastic facilities as well as a sports field and a playground for children. The small marina situated at the border to Calpe provides a sailing school and a diving centre. If you prefer long sandy beaches, then Calpe’s town beach 'Arenal-Bol' will be the right choice for you, as it is more than two kilometres long, formed of fine, golden sand with a boardwalk along clear sea water. The most famous destinations are the 'Castell de Guadalest', the new leisure and theme parks 'Terra Mitica' and 'Terra Natura' in Benidorm, the waterfalls of the 'Fonts d´Algar' in Callosa d´En Sarriá, the animal park Mundomar and the Safari-park Vergel close to Denia etc.

Notes: Main flat: The main flat, which occupies the upper part of the villa, has two bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, as well as mosquito nets and window shutters, one cosy living and dining room with an open fireplace, television with satellite TV and a DVD player (with many DVDs), one modern bath with bidet, toilet, washbasin and large shower, one modern well-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, tableware etc., a large roofed terrace with twicker seats and a couch, as well as a sun terrace with a sea view on the roof. Apartment: In the lower part of the villa is an apartment, which can accommodate an additional two people. The apartment has a separate entrance, one large double bedroom with reading corner, a living room with a comfortable sofa, television with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and a spacious bathroom with glass shower. The bedroom windows have both mosquito nets and shutters.

Wir können das Casa Mariposa nur wärmstens empfehlen, speziell
auch für Familien mit Kindern oder mehrere Paare, da das Platzangebot mit 2 Wohnungen sehr großzügig ist. Super ist auch, dass man das Apartement nicht mit mieten muss, falls man mal zu zweit kommt. Es hat alles gepasst und die Beschreibung trifft 100 % zu. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent ;-) Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Märkte, Restaurants, super Strände mit sauberem Wasser - wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell zu Ende ging.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Casa Mariposa verbracht und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Haus ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Vermieter super nett und flexibel, die Lage einfach fantastisch - ruhig und erholsam. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibts eine Menge - Agualandia, Mundomar, Terramitica oder Guadalest, Höhlen usw., Restaurant so viele, dass man sich garnicht entscheiden kann ;-) Also einfach zum Wiederkommen ;-) Bis bald!

Das Casa Mariposa ist wirklich ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Angaben und Bilder im Online-Inserat sind sehr realistisch, vor Ort wirkt es sogar noch schöner, was ja eher selten ist ;-). Hervorzuheben ist der nette Empfang durch die Vermieter, wir wurden von der Autobahnabfahrt bis zum Haus gelotst, dies war sehr hilfreich da der Anfahrtsweg zunächst etwas kompliziert schien. Der Zustand des Hauses (Mai 2007) war ausgezeichnet, es mangelt an nichts. Die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight.
Ein Mietwagen ist für den gesamten Aufenthalt empfehlenswert!

Das Haus steht an einer ruhigen lage. In welchem man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genissen kann. mit einem herrlichen Grillabend.
Das Haus ist super sauber, habe selten so ein sauberes Ferienhaus angetroffen. Die Vermieter kümmern sich toll um ihre Gäste und das Haus, damit man seinen Urlaub so richtig genissen kann.
Die Küche ist gut eingerrichtet, sodass man auch einen Abend zu Hause genissen kann. Die betten sind sehr gemütlich,das Bad ist ein bisschen klein, dafür total neu!
Das einzige was uns ein bisschen gestört hatte, waren die Nadeln von den Bäumen die ständig im Pool waren.
Das Haus ist auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen!

Es war alles wunderbar vorbereitet.Das Haus sehr sauber;
vorallem saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher- natürlich
gegen Gebühr.
Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel.
Das Online-Inserat realitisch und ehrlich.
Die Lage erfordert auf jeden Fall ein Auto; auch wenn man gut zu Fuss ist.
Würde das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
