The holiday apartment is situated in the suburb of Valle San Lorenzo. The view includes agricultural fields as well as the coast. Distance from the centre (Los Cristianos/ Las Americas) approximately 10 minutes by car. 15 minutes by car to Reina Sofia airport. The holiday apartment consists of one bedroom, bathroom (shower), utility room as well as lounge and kitchen area. The apartment has its own large terrace. There is a washing machine and German TV.

Ideal für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, auch für Eltern mit 1 Kind. - Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, Parkplatz ist vorhanden.- Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind die Wirtsleute dieser sauberen Ferienwohnung mit einer vollständig ausgerüsteten Küche, wo es Freude macht, z.B. frische Fische, günstig im Supermarkt erstanden, zuzubereiten. Und danach auf die geräumige Terrasse, in die Liegestühle, zur...Siesta!

Hallo,
ich war Ende Januar / Anfang Februar 2008 in der schönen Wohnung als Alleinreisender für eine Woche untergebracht:
- herrliche Lage am Hang
- große eigene Terasse mit super Blick
- nette und freundliche Vermieter
- modern und freundlich
- sehr gute Austattung der Wohnung und vor allem des Bades
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert !
