Individually designed house from the turn of the century in a Dalmatian style with a stunning view of the sea. The surrounding area offers beautiful olive gardens, an old fishing harbour with restaurants, shopping facilities and nearby hiking path connections into the stunning mountain world. It is 900 m to the beach. The house has a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and espresso machine. There is a large garden with a BBQ house, two sunny patios, a small inner courtyard and a living room with a fireplace. Pets are welcome! To Makarska, it is only 5 km. There you will find a lot of shops (supermarket and daily fruit and vegetable market), restaurants, sport options of different types, a rich cultural selection and a sailing harbour.

The kitchen counter is made of natural stone. In the basement, there is a washing machine. The house has central heating and additionally an open fireplace and a small fireplace oven. The floors are made of natural stone and wood, some with real carpets.
