Our villa is situated near the centre of Berlin. It is (built in 1912, renovated between 2003 and 2005) situated at the upper-class district called “Karlshorst”. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum). The location around the house is very calm and green. There are 2 very large balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Here is where you can have your meals, relax in style or sunbath. You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train or car. Close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, tramway-station, a railway-station, internet-café, nice sauna, the park 'Seepark', trotting race course, ferry boat across the river “Spree”, “Friedrichsfelde” Europe's largest landscaped zoo, the largest lake in Berlin 'Müggelsee'. Inhabiting this vacation villa promises you exclusive opportunities for recreation next to the exciting city centre of Berlin. Our guests enjoy also our Berlin-info-bibliotheca.

Family of four from England stayed at the Villa Seepark for 5 nights in April. The apartment is furnished and presented to a very high standard. A 15 - 20 minute walk from Karlshorst SBahn & Regional Rail line with regular trains to Berlin Centre (20 mins) running throughout the day & evening. The owners provide plenty of information, advice and assistance if & when required and the apartment is equiped to a high standard.

Highly recommended.

„Zu sechs waren wir in diesem schönen Quartier, zwei Großeltern, zwei Eltern, zwei große Kinder dazu - und fühlten uns Zuhaus im nu! Keine Ferienenge, nichts von Gedränge! Freundliche Aufnahme in dem neuen Haus! Die Ausstattung prima, die Ruhe eins a, hier möchte man bleiben ein ganzes Jahr.' Fam. Klindworth aus NRW. --- „Danke für die wunderschönen Tage in Berlin! Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen / Berlin ganz anders

Eine erstklassige, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage in Berlin und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht gerade Unter den Linden oder am Pariser Platz wohnen möchte. Waren fast eine Woche mit Kids in Berlin und haben uns sofort "wie zuhause" gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung erfüllt die Angaben der Vermieter voll und ganz.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alle Räume sind gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sofort richtig wohl.
Es steht eine umfassende Auswahl an Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung, auch in anderen Sprachen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps für die Anfahrt sowie die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Es sind auch Tipps, die nicht in den gängigen Reiseführern stehen.Uns hat z.B. ein Besuch in den "Gärten der Welt" , im Park "Wulheide" und im Museum Berlin Karlshorst sehr gut gefallen. Die Brückenfahrt mit dem Schiff ist sehr interessant und informativ.
In Karshorst empfehlen wir das griechische Restaurant in der Wandlitzstraße (liegt auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zur Ferienwohnung).
Diese Ferienwohnung werden wir allen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Villa Seepark - eine Oase der Ruhe!

Vielen Dank für das herzliche Willkommen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt an nichts und die Sammlung an Informationen sowie die persönlichen Tipps der Vermieter sind sehr hilfreich. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbildung (S-Bahn und Regionalbahn) benötigt man kein Auto.
Dieses Feriendomizil ist ein Geheimtipp. Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Berlin gibt es nur eine Adresse: Villa Seepark in Karlshorst.
