„Le Casette di Michele“ a beautiful small holiday area on a hill of the Montalbano ridge in San Baronto – only in 7 kms distance the small village Vinci – Leonardos’ birth place. Also from the swimming pool you may enjoy the enchanting panorama. The village San Baronto (348 m) is located on forest-rich hills of the Montalbano, in the midst of the otherwise flat, lower Arno valley. This area is well-known for the wine and the olive oil. In the village there are all important shops and several restaurants. On that approx. 1 km distant camping site “Barco reale” also trips with the bus are organized and it insist the possibility of using the infrastructures of the camping site like for example the football, basketball and volleyball field. Here you also can rent mountain bikes.

Wir waren mit Lage, Ausstattung und Service voll zufrieden. Leider fehlte der in der Beschreibung versprochene Backofen o.ä. zum Auf- oder Überbacken. Die dafür vorhandene Mikrowelle war kein Ersatz.
Insgesamt weiterzuempfehlen; wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort Gäste.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: vielen Dank für den Eintrag. Die angesprochenene Mikrowelle ist ein Kombigerät und auch zum Grillen (Überbacken) zu verwenden.

Die Wohnung war ansprechend gestaltet, sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Rest der Anlage. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön.
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht u. werden gerne wiederkommen.
