Private guest house, large apartment with 3 twin bedrooms with shower/WC, mini-kitchen or served breakfast, garden behind the house with garden furniture, lockable parking space in the courtyard, cable and satellite TV, 8 min walk from the famous thermal lake, wide range of various therapeutic treatments in Hévíz for mobility problems, or in the spinal column and the joints, for rheumatism, cartilage loss, arthritis, Osteoporosis, for pre-treatment and aftercare of orthopaedic operations and fractures, spa doctor, medicinal massages next door, 30 min. for 4.50 Euro !. Intensive exercise through private hobbies ranging from fishing to cheering gypsy bands, guided picnics in the vicinity of the Lake Balaton or in the distant cities like Budapest, Pécs, or in the Puszta. You will also be able to go on ship cruises, in Weinberg, with its wonderful wines and famous Hungarian delicacies in more than 30 wine taverns. German quality at Hungarian prices! We are pleased to have satisfied guests.

Our private guest house is situated in one of the most beautiful and peaceful street of the spa city of Hévíz, at a distance of approx 8 minutes by foot from the famous thermal lake, which is originally volcanic. Lake Balaton with all its water attractions is only 6 km away. An excellent wine is cultivated around it, which is served with fiery meals in comfortable and rustic wine taverns. Rare fauna and flora is traceable in 2 national parks, history also gets a chance to speak through the excavations of Roman objects and baths. Hobby athletes find several options for physical activities, be it in water, on land or even in air - as balloonist or 'air bed – aviators’. The old hit 'Morgens Fango, abends Tango' can be put into practice daily and the hunters can hunt everything which does not run away, even the Kurschatten with a cheap hunting license. In addition, you can obtain a fishing permit and another suitable property. The world in Hévíz is still all right. Hi!

  • The rate for the bigger apartment is quoted only for the accommodation. It is possible, to order a lavish breakfast which is served by us (perhaps assembled with dietetic food), against an extra charge of 5 Euro/person/day. For days which require heating, a heating cost - surcharge of 7 Euros is levied. Apart from this, no seasonal price increases are levied. The spa fee is 1.50 Euro per one person and one night.

Many thanks to Rudi and Eva for their hospitality and politeness. The apartment is exactly as it is described on the site. Everything is very tidy and suits very good for staying of two couples with two children. We stayed there only two nights but nevertheless we were provided with all necessary things, such as kitchen, bath utilities, towels, etc. And again, thank you, Rudi and Eva for your very good reception!
