It takes only seconds to get out on the river by boat, so you can enjoy all your vacation without wasting a lot of time with 'commuting' like from those locations in the South-western part of Cape Coral. All two bedrooms have King-Size beds for your convenience, so there is no necessity to 'toss a coin' who will get the best bedroom. In the great room you will be impressed the view, a big screen TV and the sliding door to the pool area providing you with a gorgeous view over the pool area to the waterfront.   • The weekly rate applies for one week and occupancy of 2 adults plus 11% tax. Each additional person is subject to a surcharge of $100.00 per week. Minimum rent is one week, after one week we do prorate daily. Minimum stay during Christmas and Easter is 2 weeks. High season surcharge is 20%. Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent is linen, towels, beach towels, and local phone calls, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
